It is mostly seen in the middle of the ladder of Clash Roayle because it is one of the easiest cards in Clash Royale to use. This usually means that the mega knight struggles in the best decks of Clash Royale. With this being said the mega knight is in some of the best decks in Clash Royale. @@bww9276 That deck wasn't rlly a problem for me, I use hog firecracker eq but replace the eq with fireball. That stupid mid ladder deck will never break through my tesla valk and cycle cards + my firecracker just can't die

Mega knight wall breakers is pretty fun but mega knight bait (w/ prince) super easily destroys mid ladder decks. The thing w/ these decks is that some matchups feel pretty impossible to break through so I don't play them too often recently

Sometimes i forget the mega knight is actually a card with a role and not billy's little overleveled toy.
I’ve used megaknight since the day I got it. Yes you can say it’s low skill bc of how the card is played most of the time, but here’s my deck.
Megaknight, inferno tower, e-wiz, log, lightning or fireball (depending on the meta), skarmy, goblin barrel, and skeletons. You can’t say that’s not an easy deck to win with where I am in league 7 and arena 18
It’s very defensive until double elixir, but like the megaknight ram rider one, you almost always have a chance and it’s also very dependent on small interactions that could either win or lose you the game. I’ve learned it’s hardest counter is either lava-clone, or mightyminer- mortar. Everything is winnable tho

Hot take: Mega Knight bait is actually high skill since. First of all, it's bad in the meta consistently (it should be no. 2 on the list) so it forces players to be good with it to succeed. However, what actually makes it a high skill deck is the varying attacking ideas with it, which allow to outplay opponents, when you basically need to outplay your opponents in order to have success with the deck. With this deck, not only does a slip up make you lose, but an outplay often wins. Stuff like miner bats or skelly barrel spear gobs at the right time can be detrimental to your success. This deck is really a master-class in how to apply pressure at the right times, like Boss has shown in his video using the deck
No that deck is still low skill. You’re basically saying make a good play and you will win the game. That applies for every deck.
@@juicebox682 I'm saying outplay or you can't win otherwise in most matchups against meta decks. And that's not my main point. My main point is that the deck has a lot of attacking combinations like miner with any swarm, mega knight with any swarm, skelly barrel with any swarm, and so on and so on, and pro players can pick the best attacking ideas in certain situations to perform much better than casual players with this deck who just spam without thought. It's the concept of planned attack, which is demonstrated by Ryley and Eragon dozens of times, as they count elixir and abuse their opponents' cycle to get successful attacks. Ryley knows when to do things like Princess the bridge or tank a Gob Barrel, Mighty Miner the bridge, and use combinations to his advantage, and Eragon knows when to Xbow and when to defend it and how, and can even do like Knight Skellies or Ice Spirit Skellies the bridge at the right time to get an advantage or save a losing position. That's what's special in those spam decks that people often call no-skill thoughtlessly. You can never do it with most control decks

If you have a deck with no win condition (a bad non-meta deck) you'll not have attacking combs, and if you have a meta control deck like miner poison cannon queen knight gobs log ice spirit you won't have as many attacking ideas as a deck without the passive cards like Cannon, Knight, ice spirit, poison, miner and such. With decks like this, even if you have the right idea of your opponents' elixir and cycle, you won't be able to capitalize on your advantage with just a miner (though miner gobs can work, so this might not be a perfect example). Although you can count elixir and cycle with every deck, if you have threatening cards like mighty, goblin barrel, goblins and a princess in the same deck like Ryley does, you will be able to apply pressure quickly and easily and force out responses, since you can't ignore these cards. Miner, for example, is a card that can be ignored; as such, it is a non-threatening card. Threatening cards are often no-skill, but combining threatening cards in the right way and situations makes up for a high skill-cap. Elixir golem, for example, isn't a high skill card, even if it's cheap, since it can be used only in two limited ways, being starting an attack in the back, and starting an attack at the bridge, and every good attack with the deck looks the same. With mega knight bait, however, you can switch lanes with each attack, which is something you can't do with most decks like miner control since you stack up chip damage with that deck and if you switch lanes they can just ignore the miner, but with mega knight bait, each card is threatening on its own, and as such, you can attack each lane you want and force out a response. You get much more possibilities when attacking both lanes, as you can avoid lane-blocking control cards (cards that you can't push into) like bowler, archer queen, ice wizard, guards, and so on

I made a mk deck a while back with my friend to beat mid ladder, it has megaknight, valk, bats, inferno tower, zap, skeletons and log. 3.3 cycle, got us up 5 arenas before we decided it was safe enough to go back to more high skill decks, like log bait. 😂
And here we are, ram rider is reciving a buff. I'm scared of whats to come in the future💀

i have a homemade mega knight deck. it has bats, guards, cannon, skarmy, inferno dragon, mk, arrows, and balloon
I just use 2.9 mk cycle, works like a charm in mid ladder.
Mk bait is the hardest one to use but once you mastery it it’ll be the best megaknight deck. I feel like there’s more consistent top 50 Mk bait players than there are normal Mk bait players. The deck is hated so much because if you have a good matchup it’s 100-0 99% of the time. However, whenever you get hc it’s usually a 0-100 so the deck is very reliant on outplaying and actually having skill since it’s almost impossible to break through a 2 spell + cannon deck if the opponent plays well. Having to outplay and not just getting brutally hc’d actually makes the deck kinda fun

I think mega knight is a really cool card that I have always liked the design of, but it's such a braindead card it takes no skill to use, it has as much health as a lava hound, pair that up with splash damage and a jump and you have the perfect card for mid ladder tryhards which is why I never use this card even though the design is nice.😔😔

Almost any deck with mega knight in it is no skill, about 90% of my matches are against a deck with mega knight, and because I just unlocked the skeleton king as my first champion, I want to use him, but I can't seem to get a break, the mega knight players wait for you to place a card, and as soon as it goes over the bridge, they drop that, a swarm card or low hp high damage card and then somehow 5 seconds later, another mega knight or another 7 elixir card, and I can't defend all of it, it honestly just makes me so mad.

Mega knight honestly needs a nerf in terms of hp. The thing does so much damage in an aoe and can jump to targets. Meanwhile Lava Hound has less hp than it, does 75 single target damage at max rank and its gimmick can be countered by literally any spell except clone or log since clone is the only one now that doesn't do ANY damage and log can't hit the pups. I've lost games before because rahe literally stopped my push because it can do damage now.

Clan wars are potentially my least favourite chore in cr, the fact that you could be arena one and match vs a max level makes it so one, should be, amazing source of gold used for maxing decks for an f2p player is completely ruined because without paying money, you can’t win to get gold to upgrade to win more etc. because you match vs max level e golem players. They should make it tournament standard to make it more fair so players can gain gold easier. What’s the point in having the gold reward if only the players who don’t need gold get it.

Hot take: the normal giant is the worst giant, out of all the other tanks that have a gimmick like countering swarms, shooting from far ranges, exploding upon death, and multiplying. The regular giant is literally outclassed by his other giant member.
His only versatility is on double prince which sucks and certain graveyard decks that only tanks, there needs to be a rework to him so he doesn’t get countered a lot.

I don't think mega bait is the one of the lowest decks in the game ( I use this deck) . You got a point when it comes to offence. On offence it's basically outcycling your oponent and win , but on defence you need some skill. Think about this situations , you face peka bridge spam or lavahound balloon or golem/e-golem etc.... You need some skill to do these defences. I'm saying you're wrong , I'm just saying this is not the lowest skilled mega knight deck.

Hot take: the clone should get a rework, instead of a one-hit clone, the troop's clone should instead be a normal troop, that deals 1/8 the damage, and has 1/8 the health of the real one. should just increase the clone capacity based on elixir.
Example:
A lvl 6 clone doesn't effect pekka, but a lvl 13 clone can.
First of all it'll make the golem clone be more fkn broken than it already is and then the mechanics will be too complicated to be implemented on a simple game like CR (not only for the devs but it will confuse most players).
I always thought about Clone rework too, but my idea is, The clone mechanism will be the same as the current one, but what's different is that all clone troops will only target buildings

My thought was that right now clone copies damage but has no health, so what if clone copied health but had no damage? So cloned troops were passive but would be distractions for enemy troops? It would be a really interesting defensive resource in my opinion. Could be a bit op with ice wiz/nado/rocket, so maybe increase elixir cost too?
