Love it! She was awesome! I was about 5 or 6 years younger than her at the time and loved seeing her skate at the skate parks once in a while. I also had the hots for her as well so it was double great at the park! Well done video!!!
Thanks for sharing this awesome footage. I have been familiar with all those iconic photos but I've never seen any video footage of her skating. Seems to be pretty rare stuff.
I won overall in a contest in Ct as a kid and won a gift cert to a local shop. They had all the brand new Logan Earth Ski laminated boards. Not solid oak anymore! Laura Thornhill had the best board shape out of the eight or ten Logan pros with boards! It had a notched square tail !!!! I said, I want that one! Its her shape she's holding in the pic at 7:37. That deck rode great! Thanks Laura!
What a gift in getting see all this old gold

Whenever I see people skating those huge full pipes out in the desert I think super sketchy but very awesome
'Rick Blackhart Pipa Grande 1989' is a great video of guys skating a huge pipe in the Texas desert.
A class act in every way…and a true skate legend
The girl @ 3:39 is not Laura, that's Ellen O'Neal.
What's the name of that jam?
