So the judge decided to give her full custody instead of half. She has mental issues and he has nothing in records. Why can’t the police or judge talk to her? There’s been cases where a person has been charged without any physical evidence or a body.

The cops are proven that there was nothing wrong with the car that it was full of gas yet somehow her son disappears, but yet she cannot see where the kid is, but yet the courts allow her to keep custody of their daughter.

Yes I'm sure I'm not the first person asking why this woman isn't in jail? They gave a subpoena or court order to Lori Vallow telling her she had 5 days to produce her children or she'd be jailed. She didn't produce them, and she was jailed. Why can't they do the same to this woman?

I agree 100%. I’d like to know why they haven’t done just that. Are laws not pretty much straight up regarding jailing of monsters creatures like this mother ? The police needed to put pressure on her and her family. This is a missing child case and yet the police seem to not want to push her for what ever reasons.

They forced me to send my kids to their dad and my daughter got a tbi, my son had a broken elbow from a trampoline and he went to dads and broke his other arm because he was playing on a 6ft hay bale with no supervision at 4 yo. He refused to take them to the drs for injuries and didn’t notify me of them so my daughter didn’t get treatment for the tbi. No matter what he did with or to them the judges would never punish him or stop visits or make him get help. Our daughter doesn’t have much to do with him now.

I am not so sure on that. I have watched way too many of these cases even with fathers and bf's with the mothers and cps does no follow ups and children wind up unalived all the time. I am thinking that they plainly are not in the best interest of the children no matter what the circumstances are. I think the world has gotten that much worse, that if women are favoured it is a much smaller amount than in the past. It is more money talks and if no pay out for them than they care not for the children.

This is a symptom of the massive mental illness problem state/government education/family systems have created.
We are now witnessing the 1st and 2nd generation of children primarily raised by daycare and public school instead of a mother at home come of age.
The no fault divorce granted men in the 60’s allowed them to abandon their wives and families to state dependency. We now have the children and grandchildren of those families having children and getting divorced and repeating their cycles.
Children of divorce are statistically proven to have more mental problems than children from 2 parent stable homes.
The increase in narcissism, sociopathy, antisocial behavior disorders, is no surprising statistic by this age of the plan to destabilize and breakdown America from a superpower nation into a global dependent.
Males choosing wife after wife or baby momma after baby momma based on her looks and sexual performance has enabled their generations of narcissistic females (who are looks and performance based personalities that absolutely use their sex to obtain, control, and manipulate their supply) to produce children who they always use as pawns for their narcissistic goals.
That’s just the male enabling of the narcissistic female side of “why are so many women hurting their children?” question.
The narcissistic males obtaining supply has similar games, and likely is responsible for the many women led divorces, as experts estimate psychopathy in males outnumbers females approximately 8:1
Bottom line is the Bible says in Timothy 3:1-9 how men shall be in the last days. Romans 1:18-32 also gives the exact description of our ‘“Christian” Western’ society today. Men humbling themselves and submitting their hearts and lives to Christ to worship Him/serve Him in Spirit and in Truth is what will save our nation.
Otherwise, we will see generations 3 and 4 come of age and these days will surely be remembered as only the beginning of sorrows.

Mothers killing their babies is usually due to lack of support and a rare disorder of Psychosis after having a child. It can happen to anyone within the 1st year of a babies life especially if it is a woman’s 1st child, lack of support, unmedicated depression and so on. It needs more education and screening to prevent that. Now in cases with older children there is no excuse but we have a poor system in treating mental health disorders and poor CPS system that does not handle things timely or well.

They should have arrested her for child neglect and child abuse. It's a failure of our judicial system and that lawyer should be really proud of him/herself that a little boy is still gone. Tell me how a lawyer sleeps at night defending a possible murderer!

This second case shows exactly why so many rape victims don’t come forward. How dare they say why didn’t you run to the nearest house? Any man like that if they ever had to suffer this would realise how disgusting their attitude was. The only instinct is to survive as well as the fact that many people just freeze in that situation. Add into it that she had been drugged so her body wasn’t reacting as it should do. In my mums case she didn’t fight because I was asleep upstairs and she was scared that she might wake me and then the rapist would realise that a teenage girl was in the house and I would be in danger. How dare anyone who hasn’t suffered this themself say anything about the way that a victim reacts. That is just when reporting it too - that doesn’t even take into account the disgusting questions asked on the stand. They ask about what underwear you had on, if you have ever had a one night stand or an STD, what your sexual history or orientation is and use all of that to paint you as the wh0re of Babylon and act as though it was deserved. None of those things are relevant and it’s an absolute travesty that they’re still allowed to be asked of victims. Imagine if someone who was mugged in the street was treated as deserving of what happened because they had money in their purse or a home invasion victim was dragged for having nice stuff in their home. It’s one of the worst crimes that exists and yet it’s the only one where victims get torn apart on the stand and usually don’t get a conviction anyway. No wonder women choose to not come forward as the strength needed to do so is huge. I know 3 people who’ve been raped and only one was reported - that was because it happened as a child and the parents reported it. It’s a hugely difficult thing to stand up and testify about.

It was also reported no one had seen this little boy 2 weeks prior to him going missing.
It sickens me 10 years later he still hasn’t been found or seen. It takes a very sick Individual to do something so cruel!

The judge that gave Julia (the mother) full custody, deserves to be in jail for life for negligence especially after her lies were confirmed as lies multiple times multiple lies!

    Why hasn’t she been arrested?!?!?
Who cares that she refuses to talk to them!! Many ‘parents’ have been arrested and found guilty on this amount of ‘evidence’. That little boy and family needs justice!!!

Couldn't they have charged her for leaving the child alone in the car and once they got her offer her a plea for information regarding his abduction? I am sorry it seems like more could have been done.
