I've been in arknights for less than a year, but it's so weird thinking there gonna be people from now on who have never done Annihilation manually 5-6 times a week, or people who don't know what it feels like to max level a character by 2-3 levells at a time (infinitely clicking on exp), etc etc feelsweirdman
@@godo2712 the pain of an error in auto annihilation, leaked one enemy, forgot to do anni bc of events and sometimes fell asleep when waiting for anni being finished... 🤣 Yeah, the "claim all" button is not only the blessed one. That prts things also have to be included.
I still did anni manually for the last couple months (because I don't regularly play so I don't have the skip tickets) I do just enough for the gems, suffered a burnout from no auto repeat and stuff

I went into Arknights a few weeks ago, wanting to finally get into it after gaining an interest in its lore in the past few months. I fucking love this game. Had a wide, genuine smile on my face as I watched this.
I started playing arknight 2 days ago tbh, I wanted to install arknight several months ago but i hesitated due to storage requirement and my tablet don't have decent storage (atleast it's twice as my old tablet) had nightmare downloading resources for arknight because I didn't expect it to eat goddamn 10GB before returning back to 6GB after resources decompression which make low-storage user had bad time because file decompression is fricking stupid and it only eat more storage before deleting compressed files anyway, enough ranting this game is worthy sacrificing lots of my precious games and useless apps🗿👍 not recommend to install if you have 16GB storage or below (not free space), 32GB is fine if you didn't install lots of big-sized apps either way this game is pretty fun, kinda hoping that next update doesn't eat more storage until 10GB which is my limit everytime I write a review, it's always very long,kinda wonder if it's my habit

I “played” back in 2021, more like watched guides and got bored, my entire team was a mess, too. Then I returned in early 2022 around the period of the Vigilo mini event and LOVED the gameplay and also the story even though it is long as heck, fast forward to 2023 and I’ve been playing it mostly every day (other than breaks due to slight burnout), got Texas Alter from my first free pull and just finished in M6ing her skills, Arknights is a great game, especially for one that’s a gacha.
Mine is either SN-10 cuz I *had* to complete if I wanted the drop to lvl up Pozëmka's s3 or NL-EX-8 challenge mode with me using a borrowed Lee to test a strat that I thought about keeping the blades away from the boss while using Mizuki to kill them, it worked and Im glad I dont have to face blood blades with the atk stat of a Talulah again.
That true I start playing arknights in 2023 at the start on January the game is hard but with some helpful guide I make it on chapter 7 after some grind in the game some hour it still fun how my progress is doing great still love this game

This is so true in my case. I think in April 2020 I got stuck on 2-8 and just stopped playing the game. After 2 years, in March 2022 I started thinking about the story so I got back in the game during Maria Nearl re-rerun and found out that I could E1 my operators and finally beat that stage. If I just E1'd my operators in 2020, I would've had a really good account 😭

I started playing this game around late February 2021 and never forgot to complete stage or at least farm when I needed for materials since that. And now I've reached lvl 119 and became veteran (still looking guide and strat tho 😅😅). Truly one the most worthy gacha games of all times
i just started playing ak on 30/04 and i haven't spent a single orundum on banners(i used headhunting permit instead and got atleast 2 *6 star ops) should i use my orundums to pull good ops(so that i can progress faster) or should i keep it and wait for the next banners
To be frank with u, just use ur d... as brain. In arknights there are good and less good ops but all of them are fun to use and with all of them u can progress.What i mean is that roll for a waifu and dont worry about progress, its simply time matter and u will do fine with whatever operators u have :)
For me if I dont want the ops in present banner I wait for the upcoming ops in the future You can check in the Chinese server which banner is coming next (cause Chinese server's event schedule is ~6 months ahead of us) When I first play ak I also save my orundrums and originite primes for the operaters I really want or simp In my opinion the beginner operators are already fine in early and mid stages

Funny how i also started 2days ago Am currently lvl 14 been enjoying that game a lot but if i had to complain about anything its 1_ sanity is too small, as a new player i don't have enough to catch up with game at all (unlike fgo wher they give tons of energy and apples to help u get as close as possible) 2_ tf is wrong woth "auto deploy" it be running fine but the moment i take my eyes off it fails????
There’s currently an event in which stages drops stamina pots randomly and the only rush to catch up would be to obtain the ability to convert materials needed for the new operators coming in a few weeks. Other than that, you can go at your own pace. Sometimes auto deploy is like “RNJesus take the wheel” 😂 but if your auto deploy is failing, you need to retry the stage to make sure it’s stable. I would recommend watching the auto deploy to see where things go wrong and then taking control in the second time of auto deploy to fix it

@@Eyadx23 We’re roughly behind the CN server by about 6 months (unless Yostar messes with the schedule even more) so we have an idea of what’s coming for the next six months. There’s helpful websites like Gamepress and Aceship that can help plan what mats are needed for a particular operator or see what their skills are. Gamepress has a list of banners including the CN server. On TH-cam, there’s several Arknights content creators who post news and updates on the game like NFZen. JP got an announcement for their livestream which will happen next week and so the Texas event will happen about one week after. (The ch 11 mats I was referring to are for Texas and Penance)
Simply E1/2'ing can screw up auto deploy because their DP cost increases so deployment (and sometimes skill) timing goes way off, leading to leaks or operator deaths. Just redo the stage and save the new clear. For the future, having a clear that doesn't have super tight timings helps a lot for autodeploy stability
I started late 2022. I came across Texas on the internet and just knew I had to play this game to get her. I wanted to practice Japanese as well so I figured why not just play on JP server for JP display language. I wasn’t that serious about the game to begin with I just wanted texas then drop the game. But after a while I really enjoyed the gameplay, and also got unexpectedly lucky, over and over and over. Lol I beat the game in like 3 months, up to the end of Chapter 11, and then started looking for little side shit to do, like event missions, and whatever else.
I can't bring myself to make a new account and start again in arknights..because i simply dont want to suffer twice..i had enough 😂😂 i remember the first time i started playing arknights was around chalter banner..you know that was the hardest gaming experience that i had..the stage was hard as hell i couldn't manage to beat the stage with my low level operators
God they freaking SHOWER YOU with free stuff. Been playing since March 2023, absolutely love the game. Also laughed at the Honkai joke, I tried it and though the battle system is definitely different, it feels way too much like Genshin.

you can still get limited character on future limited banners by luck or buying them on the shop after 300 pulls on the limited banner, so don't worry!
FAIR WARNINGS. there is Reasons not to play this game too. HOT TAKE. because of trash lazy devs who won't update QoL updates. Claim all button took too long to implement. but they still have not included, Full Auto sweep cycle for the auto battles or X3 speed. nobody wants to click the same "start battle button" each time you want to farm one level. Base is like a hell of a chore. its annoying you need to move around your ops manually because they get tired. why can't the operators themselves just go rest and swap with other operators. so Our only jobs is assigning and claiming the rewards, than wasting our game time in Organizing the base and actually play the game. Too much power creeps. Too much niche ops. why can't they all be atleast decent, some 4 stars are better than 5s. Gacha is true Gambling. Guaranteed/Pity system needs you 300 pulls in one banner. impossible for f2P Then early progression so time limited, goodluck catching up on trying to do events, if you are a new player. STORY Telling Dialogue is so Fckin bad and so MUCH TO MUCH other visual novel games makes good dialogue and have more Creativeness in angles or art when it comes to making it interesting. the story and lore is great. but easily ruined by their execution through in game scenes. after all negatives. this are the positives. Music is the best. one of the best Soundtracks ever. Arknights like Music company. gameplay. Best tower defense strategy No game can top it. it that genre. Operators, enemies and levels is creative enough to be interestsing and playable. its really just the in game farm loot is annoying.
I don't reccomended to play this game, becouse you always need to skip texts, animations cool, but i want more of it, gacha = really i don't care about it, becouse i had never problem of getting my operator, outfits and i did't spend money on this game to get some wife in game, yes there are a lot of events and etc. But really it's borring fights and you always need to recources upgrade operators you need to spend 1 year just to ugrade max operator if you don't have money or time to play this game, I love anime of this game and the story, but game is really boring to me. Playing this game at 2020 spend on it 3 years without any donation. Time game 367 hours.

Am currently lvl 14 been enjoying that game a lot but if i had to complain about anything its
1_ sanity is too small, as a new player i don't have enough to catch up with game at all (unlike fgo wher they give tons of energy and apples to help u get as close as possible)
2_ tf is wrong woth "auto deploy" it be running fine but the moment i take my eyes off it fails????
There’s currently an event in which stages drops stamina pots randomly and the only rush to catch up would be to obtain the ability to convert materials needed for the new operators coming in a few weeks. Other than that, you can go at your own pace.
Sometimes auto deploy is like “RNJesus take the wheel” 😂 but if your auto deploy is failing, you need to retry the stage to make sure it’s stable. I would recommend watching the auto deploy to see where things go wrong and then taking control in the second time of auto deploy to fix it

@@Eyadx23 We’re roughly behind the CN server by about 6 months (unless Yostar messes with the schedule even more) so we have an idea of what’s coming for the next six months. There’s helpful websites like Gamepress and Aceship that can help plan what mats are needed for a particular operator or see what their skills are. Gamepress has a list of banners including the CN server. On TH-cam, there’s several Arknights content creators who post news and updates on the game like NFZen. JP got an announcement for their livestream which will happen next week and so the Texas event will happen about one week after. (The ch 11 mats I was referring to are for Texas and Penance)
Simply E1/2'ing can screw up auto deploy because their DP cost increases so deployment (and sometimes skill) timing goes way off, leading to leaks or operator deaths. Just redo the stage and save the new clear. For the future, having a clear that doesn't have super tight timings helps a lot for autodeploy stability
I started late 2022. I came across Texas on the internet and just knew I had to play this game to get her. I wanted to practice Japanese as well so I figured why not just play on JP server for JP display language.
I wasn’t that serious about the game to begin with I just wanted texas then drop the game. But after a while I really enjoyed the gameplay, and also got unexpectedly lucky, over and over and over. Now I have probably the luckiest account I’ve had in any game, and luckily for me texas got and alter form and I just got really lucky on her banner, now I’m stuck on a server in the other end of the world with an account so lucky it makes me hesitate to start over on EN server lol

I came back after regaining my confidence but I was still shit
Then I discovered Kyo and kukkikaze and learned about placement order and squad building
I was still shit (but I got Omertexas and everything dies)
same but except of genshin it was star rail.
Lol I beat the game in like 3 months, up to the end of Chapter 11, and then started looking for little side shit to do, like event missions, and whatever else.

I can't bring myself to make a new account and start again in arknights..because i simply dont want to suffer twice..i had enough 😂😂 i remember the first time i started playing arknights was around chalter banner..you know that was the hardest gaming experience that i had..the stage was hard as hell i couldn't manage to beat the stage with my low level operators
God they freaking SHOWER YOU with free stuff. Been playing since March 2023, absolutely love the game. Also laughed at the Honkai joke, I tried it and though the battle system is definitely different, it feels way too much like Genshin.

I started arknights for a few reasons, but the main one was W.... When I saw that she was a limited time op i fucking died inside... Still a great game with interesting lore
you can still get limited character on future limited banners by luck or buying them on the shop after 300 pulls on the limited banner, so don't worry!

Claim all button took too long to implement. but they still have not included, Full Auto sweep cycle for the auto battles or X3 speed. nobody wants to click the same "start battle button" each time you want to farm one level.
Base is like a hell of a chore. its annoying you need to move around your ops manually because they get tired. why can't the operators themselves just go rest and swap with other operators.
so Our only jobs is assigning and claiming the rewards, than wasting our game time in Organizing the base and actually play the game.
Too much power creeps. Too much niche ops. why can't they all be atleast decent, some 4 stars are better than 5s.
Gacha is true Gambling. Guaranteed/Pity system needs you 300 pulls in one banner. impossible for f2P

the story and lore is great. but easily ruined by their execution through in game scenes.

Music is the best. one of the best Soundtracks ever. Arknights like Music company.
gameplay. Best tower defense strategy No game can top it. it that genre.
Operators, enemies and levels is creative enough to be interestsing and playable. its really just the in game farm loot is annoying.

I don't reccomended to play this game, becouse you always need to skip texts, animations cool, but i want more of it, gacha = really i don't care about it, becouse i had never problem of getting my operator, outfits and i did't spend money on this game to get some wife in game, yes there are a lot of events and etc. But really it's borring fights and you always need to recources upgrade operators you need to spend 1 year just to ugrade max operator if you don't have money or time to play this game, I love anime of this game and the story, but game is really boring to me. Playing this game at 2020 spend on it 3 years without any donation. Time game 367 hours.
