Wearing gum boot & leather gloves is very important fir doing these jobs. Even Ramesh bhaskar rao ex MD of TTK Prestige suggested this in the annual general body meeting.

The condition of working people is horrible.
1.They are not provided with the safety kit which is necessary for working in such industries and are a must as per the rules.
2. They are not health and accident insured and even if the owner has done the insurance it would not go to the workers as the condition of workers and working environment tells the whole story.
The reasons for such horrible conditions are due to the public who dance after incompetent, corrupt people and do not try to generate awareness, therefore keep on sending the different forms of the same incompetent, corrupt people. Even they die for them foolishly incapable of seeing that life is one single chance.

Its sad that these men have to work in such unsafe conditions,they have no safety masks or gloves,you can see the vapour and dust coming out when the steel is polished ,some of the men have the dust on their faces and hair,imagine how much they are inhaling into their lungs,long term this is going to cause health problems.

Saya pernah berkerja mengendalikan penyadur logam ini.. Melihat orang ini tanpa memakai sarung tangan, penutup hidung dan cermin mata pelindung buat saya geleng kepala.. Majikan anda kedekut tahik hidung masin mengeluarkan sedikit perbelanjaan peralatan pelindung diri pada pekerjanya. Seorang yang sakit diluar sana 10 orang sedang berbaris mengisi kekosongan pekerja yang sakit 😂

It's really a tough job ,After watching this video I feel the price we paid for the pressure cooker is so cheap compared to their hard work.
Pressure cooker is designed to withstand superheated steam and weight and its pointer to be designed carefully. Needs lot of calculatipn It is not as simple as it shown here

Why do you let that scrap pile up so high? Why not melt it down with the ingots? It seems stupid to leave it like that when it is so easy for someone to get cut on it and it’s in the way for the guy making circular shapes…

There is a caste system. The scrap will be delivered to the foundry. Maybe there is a backup of work.

I think the difference here in the west is that it can't be "mystery metal", it has to have traceable documentation to be "food grade", especially in California, can't have any lead in the aluminum or other "toxic" stuff, but this would be far more expensive as you'd have to refine and test the aluminum.
For Paquistán standards its OK! Anyway they have one problem on overpopulation! It would be in hand ! 😁👌 hahaha
