    Yall may think the son is disrespectful but he’s really hurt and angry with the one person who suppose to love him. He bares his name and in that there’s so much pain.

      I was beat and all that and I can understand both sides. I don’t think the son is disrespectful. He’s quite respectful actually and you can see that in his demeanor. But the father was NOT being abusive in this moment. Not in the slightest. Was he being disagreeable? Of course. But for the boy and Karamo to call him abusive was totally out of line. That man had EVERY right like any other guest on this show to tell their side of the story and Karamo clearly got triggered

    My grandmother told me she left my son an insurance policy. After she passed we couldn’t find that money under “Unclaimed Property”. My son thought my aunts stole his money. After my brother died, by the probate court documents, we found money my brother left my grandmother. NEVER believe anything without documentation. We later discovered my grandmother cashed in all the insurance policies before she died. SHE DIDN’T TELL US THAT PART!

    It's crazy how people were laughing when she said she tazed him in the tub and she would taze him everyday. I didn't find anything funny about that. Honestly she should be in jail, that sounds like attempted murder. Just imagine if he said she was in the tub and he tazed her because she was gone or cheating or whatever. No excuse. Yall coming for the son. That dad been toxic. Don’t care that he hurt that boy. He was so abusive. This is even coming from the nanny … he stole that boy’s childhood. And he still trying to make him feel like a little boy… He’s disrespecting this man and people expect this person to not be upset with his father. If he wanted a better relationship with his son, he would’ve talked to him not doing what he’s doing and talking down at him… he lied to him about his kidneys. Although he didn’t take the money, he still took a lot from that boy. He’s also competing with his son … which is abusive. He still abusive to his son, even if it’s not physical. The sun is trying to voice what he couldn’t as a child… And in a way their relationship is toxic and they don’t need to be around each other anymore.

    • @Sam20201
      @Sam20201 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      He sure does pick sides because he should have at least acknowledged that the father didn’t steal the money and he should have asked the son he feels about that then try to mend their relationship off of that. I understand that the father hurt the son in many ways in the past and he was wrong for that and since he apologized then the son should have taken that and given his father a chance to make it up to him. The father seems like he is trying the fix the relationship and change his ways but Karamo validated the son’s decision to shut the dad out even after the father has beeeeen trying for a second chance to fix his wrong doings. Him not stealing the money should have shown that he’s ready to change but now, unfortunately, he will never get the chance to clear his name with his son because of the validation he got from Karamo. Even in the future when the son misses his father or thinks of giving his father a second chance, Karamo’s confirmation will always block that from happening.

    His father is wrong as the day is long! But the way I was raised you honor your mother and father. My mom has some issues. I feel like his father wasn’t given the opportunity to speak his peace or apologize. I wish Karamo stops acting like he the police with those hounding questions. And if he was an addict, I’m sure it takes a little time for him to gather his thoughts. Like I said the father is wrong but so is his son.

      Yeah the son is clearly angry and not ready to let go of that anger. The dad is also frustrating in that hint of self righteousness he seems to have, must be frustrating for someone who’s witnessed his failings to also witness his holier than thou demeanour too. One of the few times I feel like just let bygones be bygones between parent and child, I don’t think they’ll ever be ok and they’re hurting themselves trying to be.

    That father sounds like he has a lot of traits that could be narcissistic, and narcissists lie so often and so well that over time they really do believe their own lies. He did not steal that money and Karamo didn’t ask the son to apologize for that?! He gave bias this episode maybe this triggered some daddy issues with him and that’s why he couldn’t see the dad’s point. The son disrespected him on that stage over and over again and I can’t believe Karamo didn’t say anything about that. Regardless of any relationship it takes respect to get respect. To be honest, they probably did let him talk and he just rambled. He clearly likes the sound of his own voice and had nothing constructive to say so they edit it down bc he just talking in circles. It’s clear he can’t string his thoughts together clearly. I think the missing piece in all this is the father was (maybe still is) an addict, and he can’t really remember all the harm he caused his son. His son is hurt and traumatized, but that’s his journey to overcome. The son also has to mature enough to let it go, but that will come in time. Dad is a bully. I’ve seen men like him and they don’t change. They continue to gaslight…look at his wife! She don’t nothing about nothing bc he gaslit her into believing he was a great parent.

      His father ruined his childhood and stole money from him (that lie detector test was a joke because the father would not have registered in his mind that he stole the money so it wouldn't have registered as a lie). Karamo saw right through the father. It's insane to tell your son that he had done something first - well good for you - you are decades older. Hitting your child with a belt is ABUSE. Hitting your child at all is abuse. You lay one finger on your grown-up neighbour and you're arrested. You hit your child awake with a crack of a belt and you get off scot-free. The father is an awful human being.

    I believe the dad passed the test bcuz the money wasn’t placed in a trust specifically for Jr. So the dad is truthful in it was his to distribute but dishonest in that he did not uphold his mother’s wishes to pay for his college. But that’s the least of this father son feud. His dad made my blood boil first words out the gate. If they let him talk he was talking himself right into the truth that his mom made him promise to pay Jr. 🤷🏽‍♀️ but just ewww to the dad bcuz he is the complete reason why he doesn’t have a decent relationship with his child

      @@mentalhealingwithelaine some people have low emotional intelligence 🙄. Legally it doesn’t matter (as my statement clearly implies). But regarding their relationship (which the dad clearly does not give a f about) it does matter if he cared he would have respected her wishes as he (the dad is at the same time asking for his sons respect). Dad clearly never displayed how to give respect so his son in turned never learned it, respectfully

    Everyone is quick to believe the son, but I see through it, not saying he’s lying about everything, but I am willing to bet There are a lot of instances that his father could have mentioned that would warrant him getting an ass whooping. I mean you heard it from the son himself he says I’ve never been no bitch I always fight so you best believe that attitude didn’t just start, and even after finally hearing his father didn’t steal his money, he still refused to believe it still wanted to use it as a reason to hate him. I’m telling you boys are not easy they like to challenge their father. Trust me I know I am raising three of them and plus you want to speak so badly of your dad but even with him being an addict throughout your childhood, he still took care of, and raised you you lived with him why weren’t you with the mother? Where was she?

    I see and understand why Eric Jr. is still hurt. The money is just a small issue in comparison to everything he’s been through. He was abused and mistreated by his dad. He may not have taken the money but, he’s done a lot of other things that have left emotional scars. Even on stage he tried to deem him. I, personally, don’t know how anyone could work on a relationship with someone like that.

    In the second segment, I wish they would have let the father talk about what he meant regarding him finishing school first saying "I beat you there". In that story, he said "my mother saved up all this money for me"...isn't that the money in question? Jr. Is talking about his grandma his dads mother. I think he was about to admit to the use of that money to get his associates.
    Maybe that was the confusion. The "first Gamble to go to college" but he "beat him there". I believe, he beat him to the money that was put aside for education. Did he use that discrepancy with both of their names being the same, and put it towards funding his associates degree?

Dad prob told him, you want to be jumped into a gang let me show you what it’s like coming from one person and then decide. Looks like he decided that wasn’t the route after all. 🤷🏾‍♀️
