    When customers send me a message I only receive the option to like or reply to te comment. How do I get the option to send a direct message to a customer's comment?

    Why does the icon for "USA" also include all of Canada as well? Lol. Perhaps "north America" would be a more appropriate label?

    I keep getting messages like "Can I learn more about your business? or "Can I learn more about your ad?". What automated text should I write up to respond to the people? I have an online ecommerce store that sells different products in categories like kids & babies, pets, home supplies, best sellers and clothing like hoodies or sweatshirts with my own custom design.

    I created a Facebook business page however it’s not receiving messages. I’ve tried from 3 different accounts to message my business page and none of the messages are coming through. Any advice?

      This could be due to Meta's new Handover Protocol update: developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/handover-protocol#:~:text=If%20you%20want,standby%20webhooks%20notifications.
      Try troubleshooting with these two methods.

      Hey there! Just go to 'Pages' on Facebook and select 'Create a Page', after that follow and complete the steps there to create a business Page. Hope this helps!
