Great showing, thank you for posting(comparison & contrast of different homes).....To each his own, NOTHING about this says home to me, appears more like ofc building or museum....I would not say i have the best taste, but I'm very clear on what I like/ desire...

@@AdamBieberRealtor I would say in general....There are some REA that for whatever reason showcase homes that suit their personal pref/style and others that do not cater to any specific buyer and showcase starter homes, high-end luxury homes 3k sq/ft -12k sq/ft....There are some that limit their viewings to 5min under and others 20-35 mins. I remain open to all...If the home interested me enough to press play the length typically does not matter unless it is a home that, once inside, is ttly outside of something i would ever consider (This home would be a perfect example).

This home is built by a individual developer compared to a national home builder so style will be different. With individual builders there are more options for choosing location.
