why not get the house in Sumatra with 7x the land for 1/7th of the price! LMFAO! Houses in America are worthless, there is no way a country that LARGE land and materials are worth anything at all. Americans should pay what the Chinese pay for house, little to nothing.

Beautiful home, love the finishes, but I will say this every time-why are they no longer building showers in this category with NO PLACE TO PUT YOUR SHAMPOO, BODY WASH AND RAZOR? At 7:41 where is everything going? Lined up along the tub edge? Ridiculous at this price.

I can’t believe that house is 1.3 mil! The way that garage is situated you have a heckuva time getting in and out of that. It also looks like the front door is so small, plus you have a hallway going to the front door. Totally ugly! Then you walk through that small front door and another hallway with all these rooms. Very bad design. It looks like a big apartment.

Finishes are not very impressive. Carpet on stairs and on second floor; not upscale. Bathrooms including master are not very exciting. Not what one would expect for $1.7 million.
