Oh you recognised me. 😅 Well..Tiago NRG is better in terms of Pickup and Mileage. Vibrations level are same in both the vehicles. One advantage with NRG is that it's service cost will be less and discount will be more. You can easily get 20-25K dealer discount on NRG.

If you have budget of 7L ExShoroom you have three options depending on your needs:- 1. Punch Accomplished costs you 9.91 On Road Noida, Altroz will cost you 10.1 You will get better space, better automatic and better handling; you will not get cornering, fog lamp, cruiser control 8 speakers. If you are first time buyer you can also have a look over Magnite XV Premium AMT, it comes at 9.9L OTR Noida. In Magnite you'll get better space than Punch and Altroz, b features and same safety. You will have to compromise on power and you may face some quality issues in future. You can watch video on Magnite on my channel. You will get a good idea.
I second to your opinion with only one reservation, there was a time when my base variant (4L On Road) Tiago had chrome garnish on AC Vents Knob and Gear Knob. I am used to such a value for money deals. Though a totally agree that no car could be perfect.
Very informative video... I have recently purchased tata punch pure model it comes with ceat tyres which are not that good, grip is very poor they struggle on bad roads .. Im thinking of getting all terrain tyers for my punch as my maximum driving is on bad roads .. Have you ever thought about the same ???
Not really. I also have Ceat Apterra and found them to be good so far. You may be better offroader than me and that's why feel need for AT. I would like this discussion to go on. So if you happen to install the ATs, do let me know in the comment section of their performance.
Yes, Apollos are better also they are wider and have better grip as compared to ceat ones ... Ceat 185/70r15 Apollo 195/60r16 I feel 195 to 205 section all terrain tyers would do better job for bad roads normal tyers tend to get punctured very easily... Only concern is additional weight and grip might affect performance and millage of the vehicle .
Many have noticed hand/parking brake not applying properly on steep slopes. Do you have such observations? I am planning to buy AMT version and also liked Nios AMT i10. Would like to know suggestions?
Parking brake issue is in Punch but it was not in Tiago. Nios AMT is a good hatchback if you ignore the 2 star safety rating. I would recommend you to consider Magnite XL AMT; it provides better features, safety, space and comfort at 7.44L ex showroom. Whereas Nios Magna AMT at 7.38 ex showroom comes nowhere near to it any any field except good combination of gearbox-engine performance. Just subscribed. Very honest and useful video. I have been using Maruti cars. Previously I have used Wagon R, Dzire ZDI. Currently using Ritz ZDI and recently purchased Fronx Alpha Automatic. Yesterday Maruti released their inhouse crash test video of Fronx and Brezza. The cars are solidly built. I am hopeful that in BNCAP crash test, they should get 5-star rating. Maruti cars never give fit and finish problem. Mileage, service, resale value are very good. Why did you not consider Maruti cars? they are available in every size and every budget.
In my final selection I had 4 options Punch-Magnite-Triber and Brezza. As you can see all cars have 5 star safety rating. Safety has always been my one of the priority. Couldn't buy Brezza coz the variant with cruise control was out of my budget. Didn't buy Magnite coz my neighbour had bought it and feedback was not good. Now only Triber and Punch had to be chosen. I was aware of features, space and engine power of the cars. I was not aware of the ride quality on bad roads. So I used paid services of some youtubers and all of them told me to go with Punch considering ride quality on bad roads as well has long term reliability. And that's how I zeroed in on Punch. At last it is my recommendation to go for Altroz, if you don't have to drive a lot on bad roads, considering you were Ciaz owner. Bhai bahut bikti he ye car..dekho safety ke liye kuch chise compromise krni pdti he.. Suzuki build quality and safty chodake every jagah tata se aahe he.. But bahut sare log jyada sochate nhi.. Jisko tata lena he o tata leta he and jisko suzuki chahiye o Suzuki leta he.. Itna sochana nahi chahiye..

Sorry, in my cars the tyres are from Apollo. May be that's why I am not feeling any issues with grip.

@m.m.7076 सर आप स्विफ्ट तभी लें जब गाड़ी सिर्फ शहर में चलानी हो, 60 किमी/घंटा से ऊपर की स्पीड पे वो दौड़ता हुआ ताबूत है। पंच तभी लें अगर आपको 25% से ज़्यादा ख़राब सड़को पे चलना है। अगर आपको ज्यादातर अच्छी सड़को पे चलना है तो अल्ट्रोज का बेस वैरिएंट लीजिए, वो भी पंच एडवेंचर के बजट में आएगी, बल्कि 15/20 हजार बच जायेंगे जिस से आप मन मुताबिक एक्सेसरीज लगवा सकते हैं। वो पंच से ज़्यादा कंफर्टेबल कार है। रियर सीट में काफ़ी जगह है। साथ ही अल्टरोज का कंट्रोल और सड़क पे संतुलन बहुत अच्छा है 10/12 लाख तक की किसी भी गाड़ी से। पंच मैं 15 महीनों से चला रहा हूं और अल्टरोज मैंने 6 महीने चलाई है। आप कहें तो मैं दोनों गाड़ियों की डिलीवरी वाली फ़ोटो और अपने पार्किंग की फ़ोटो दिखा सकता हुं।

ब्रेक ठीक ठाक है गाड़ी में। पर एक स्पेशल नेचर है इसका। कभी कभी इसके एबीएस सेंसर कुछ ज़्यादा ही सेंसेटिव हो जाते हैं और ब्रेकिंग डिस्टेंस बढ़ जाता है। मेरी टिआगो बीना एबीएस की थी, इसलिए मुझे आदत हो गई है किसी भी सिचुएशन में थोड़ा पहले ब्रेक लगाने की, इसलिए मैं तो मैनेज कर लेता हुं। किसी और को थोड़ा, संभाल के चालान होगा शुरुआत के 2/3 हज़ार किलोमीटर। जवाब अच्छा लगा हो चैनल को सब्सक्राइब कर लें। मुझे इसकी काफ़ी ज़रूरत है। नमस्ते।

Which one is good option to have altroz or punch .
Altroz is most comfortable car I have driven so far. Go for it if you have to go on bad road 2-3 a year. Go for Punch if you often go on bad roads.
