Gloria eterna a Jethro Tull!
I had the pleasure of being at this concert. I was attending University of Hartford and living at the dorms at Hartford Hospital. We walked down the street to the civic center. This was my 3rd ever concert and became a JT fan that night. Ian Anderson flew across the stage on a rope holding his flute in one hand and his booted foot kicking in the air to Locomotive Breadth. Lost my mind during Aqualung!! Thank you for posting. Great band, great musicians, great songs.
Tull always have a rare quality of sounding even better live, the albums always sounded like a teaser, wait till you hear the real thing. Thank you for this ❤
This is absolutely awesome, I know I have said this before, but thank you for uploading these classic concerts from the greatest band to ever grace the stage.... JETHRO TULL
Excellent upload- Saw this show at the RAH, London- Eddie J climbed up and bashed out some Bach on the imposing Organ. IA was at his enigmatic; charismatic; brilliant self- what a front man!!!
I had the pleasure of being at the A show at the Forum in L.A. with several friends, all Jethro Tull fans. Highlight: Ian and Eddie Jobson trading licks between flute and violin while tearing around the stage and out onto the stage runners out into the audience. My friends and I all dressed as if we just came from an old, small English countryside village. We clearly caught Ian's eye for a moment. Great night was had by all.
I saw A tour msg nyc ..after seeing warchild thru strmwatch tours all at msg nyc..this was a shocker .new keys n drums...concert was my least fav up till then..listenin bak / videos etc.over yrs it my 3rd fav lineup..thik band thru s Watch#1 orig 2..A 3..saw All tours thru 95...
I saw this show 25 days later in Dallas at Reunion Arena 2 hours after getting bailed out of jail on my 19th birthday. Walking out at the end & found an ounce of weed under one of the seats. Weird day. Saw them about a year later in Oakland on the Broadsword & the Beast tour.
