Yeah, were good. My parent property in Sumter Co turned into a 20 acre 6" pond with dozens of trees down and the shop in Pinellas Co was alright but both out of power fro a bit. But no structural damage so I consider that pretty good. Thanks for watching!
My first road trip was on SilverBAK, my 107 Road Glide to the 120th last year. I was invited and subsequently inspired by Shantel Williams of Sanford. I took the long way back to Florida by way of the Chihuahua Skyway and the Tail. It was an amazing trip but I needed more power so I built an S&S 129. I would later learn from Brian Klock that going to extremes is not the path of a long-haul bike. More and more I am finding myself at the Pan America. This year's trip from "Sea to Shining Sea" has prepared me for Alaska by way of Glacier National. If you haven't noticed, I found a new inspiration. It was a pleasure meeting you at Orlando Harley. Thanks for sharing. Do you know of Adventure Bike training for those who haven't pulled the trigger yet? Killmonger is on the chopping block. SKWID ET1(SS/SW/MTS) US Navy, Ret. Is that a Garmin InReach you travel with? A friend from school who spends a lot of time in Alaska won't leave his truck without one. Of course, in 2004 he was lost in Alaska for 6 days without one so he knows their value.
Congratulations, on making it to Prudhoe Bay and back to Florida. You are to be commended for your tenacity.

Thank you
I love going for super long rides alone
Nothing like a long adventure!
Thanks for posting. I guess the hurricane got in the way of editing and uploading. Been waiting for this episode for a couple of weeks.
Yeah, Life is like that occasionally but we should be back on schedule for a bit now.
I remember signs saying 100 miles next gas station coming from the Pacific Coast hwy through Arizona. But 240 miles? Holy guacamole!

Yes, it’s a Garmin. It’s helpful in areas where you lose cell signal. Better safe.
