ICAI is under no compulsion to do this but ICAI was graceful enough to pass students with the cited criteria in 2023 exam (not previous exams).
The exam committee member informed in the interview that there is no student in the entire country who falls in above criteria was failed in June 2023 exam.
If you are aware of any student who has failed in June 2023 exam even after satisfying the above criteria, do leave an email with the details of Roll number, marks sheet at subhadraaithal@gmail.com or connect on telegram with the details.

Yes - Icai will clear your exam as per the announcement by exam committee member
Mam same think happening i know i will score more than 200 but in maths my score 38 or 39 can i pass?

Yes - If it is just 1 subject, then anything above 35 will be declared as pass

Mam is it confirm that icai provide 5 grace mark if aggregate+200 and scoring one subject 35?
Yes - 5 marks grace for "1 subject 35 to 40" or aggregate "197 to 200"
It is not aggregate "195 to 200"
@@SubhadraAithal aggregate will be 200+ if I get 40 in maths. But i have attempted only 36 qns in maths. After giving grace for wrong question. Will icai give me the marks?
@@vanshikasingh8639Yes - Aggregate is 200+ & all other subjects are 40+, then math 36 shouldn't bother u (But even if 1 question which you answered is wrong, then it will be 34.75 with negative marking & result will not be in your favour)
@@SubhadraAithal what if my one qns is wrong and marks is 34.75 as you said. But after giving grace marks for the wrong question that icai gave in the qns paper. My marks goes to 37-38 . Kya icai pass kregi mujhe iss case me?

Yes - In this case ICAI will pass off the student

The examination committee member who told this never specified any level of exam in CA - So yes it is applicable for all levels including CA Foundation

I had attempted only 45 questions
If 10 questions are wrong
Will I get 42.5 marks total

Sorry but you will get 32.5
U attempted 45 and if 10 are wrong, it will be 35 - (0.25*10) = 32.5
Mam i m foudn Stdnt,and i can score 50,above 35 and below 40,50,70 for law,A/c,eco,math rspvlty ,will they pass me 🥺🥺
It is 35+40+50+70? = total 195? Either all subjects should be passed (35 = fail in subject) or aggregate should be 200 (here is 195)
So result will be same (No boost)
Mam 3 subject mai 200 chaiye ya fer 4 subject ko mila kr
4 subject ko Mila kar 200
Usme agar 1 subject ka marks 35 -40 ke beech me aagaya, then result pass hoga

Ma'am What If Its Total 197 and Accounts at 35?
Result remains same and won't be cleared - Rule is very clear about passing in all 4 subjects to push aggregate from 197 to 200
I think if in Accounts it is 37 - you will pass
