I actually believe David DID see the video/message, where Jeff stated, "Let's recreate this", as it seems like David was recreating it. He went really fast and haulted, like he was trying to catapult Jeff. Just like in the video. What other explanation is there for David cranking it like he did? What was he possibly trying to accomplish? I'm curious why no one ever questions that, specifically. WHAT was he trying to do? Also, just a couple of things, it wasn't an "ocean". It was a very shallow part of that lake, maybe a couple/few feet deep, or less. And David DID train (I believe Jeff said for 9hrs or 9hrs prior) To use it. Jeff also claims that in covering for David, they made a false claim and lied about there being an, "automatic" shut down mechanism; causing the excavator to come to that abrupt stop. You should react to Jeff watching this video it explains a lot that they're leaving out and also the lies they're telling.
I actually believe David DID see the video/message, where Jeff stated, "Let's recreate this", as it seems like David was recreating it. He went really fast and haulted, like he was trying to catapult Jeff. Just like in the video.
What other explanation is there for David cranking it like he did? What was he possibly trying to accomplish? I'm curious why no one ever questions that, specifically. WHAT was he trying to do?
Also, just a couple of things, it wasn't an "ocean". It was a very shallow part of that lake, maybe a couple/few feet deep, or less.
And David DID train (I believe Jeff said for 9hrs or 9hrs prior) To use it. Jeff also claims that in covering for David, they made a false claim and lied about there being an, "automatic" shut down mechanism; causing the excavator to come to that abrupt stop.
All of this is only making the situation look worse, as again, David DID know what he was doing when he started turning Jeff that quickly. Why he was doing it, very questionable.

I don't think David has ever been taught how to hold himself accountable, with compassion as opposed to shame, on top of obviously never having been held accountable by others. The deflection he continually uses means he never actually finishes an apology, and it shows he isn't sorry for everything he's put Jeff through (accident or not, he should be responsible for his actions and take steps to rectify them, which he has shown he cannot do). David should be handling all the Jeff correspondence himself, not an "assistant". All we see in his "apology" is blame-shifting to anyone he can, at this point David has proven he doesn't know how to form a sincere apology in its simplest form (as seen in his word stumbling).
He should’ve fired the assistant as long time ago for Pr reasons. You think someone so callous would do that. The idea that she knows too much comes to mind
