    Hey Saeed, I'm trying to simulate liquefied soil using Abaqus. Can this soil properties you have used in this model make this sample to be concluded as a "liquefied soil?"

    (Permeability is specified on 840 elements but the initial void ratio is not defined. Use *initial conditions to the value. The elements are identified in element set ErrElemPermNoInitVoidRatio. ERROR

    In the geostatic step it gets aborted in the last incrementation showing too many attempts for this increments. How can i resolve it?

    there is a difference between gravity loading and body force ?

      If your soil is saturated, you must use body force but if your soil is dry , you can use body force or gravity loading

    Time increment required is less than the minimum specified = ERROR
