- The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, is holding public hearings from 19 to 26 February 2024 on the request for an advisory opinion regarding the Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem. These hearings are taking place at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court, under the presidency of Judge Nawaf Salam, President of the Court. In this session, we heard from Türkiye, Zambia, League of Arab States, Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, and African Union.

So much unnecessary suffering of all people for decades would have been avoided if UN had power and willingness to regulate the decolonisation of this mandated territory fairly and stop violations of international law. This is why we need a fair international rules based system, at UN, flexible enough to adapt and respond in a timely manner to changing times.
Honestly with how much gate keeping us is doing. Wont lie other countries should hurt their pocket and limit trade with US till they comply

The League of Arab States make claims of illegal handling of the partitioning of old Ottoman empire territory but I cannot find evidence of this being true, all evidence I find is that of legally correct handling of the situation.

There will be no forever lasting peace if there is a so called two state solution. the only solution can be that the occupier have to leave Palestine or accept that there is only one country called Palestine and Palestine Laws have to prevail there. Where in the world is its legally that UK can go an occupy a land and give it to some one else? Is it fair solution to get rid of your own problems and push it to a region / to a country / to a society? The Jewish people were no where in EUROPE welcome - never. It did not only started in the 2nd WW. It started already before. But the peak was of course in the 2nd WW. The Jewish were not welcome in Germany, Poland, France, Spain, UK and many other European countries. And of course its easy to put force on a country which is not able to defend their interest and to give away someone else`s country to Jewish and call a country "Israel". I am convinced, if "israel" would have stayed within the borders of 1948 than these conflicts would not be. however we see that the "Jewish" nation will be never happy with what they got. They will go always for more and more. And this is only a question of time that "israel" is going to realize their wishes as shown from Mr. SATANYAHU to the UN. Expanding to Jordan, Turkey, Aegypt, Saudi etc.... And this is something which definitely have to be stopped before they can act at all. Therefore there will be no peace in the middle east as long as thos hungry Jewish are and protected from the European and US. If Europa and US are so keen to have a country called Israel - than those countries/unions should free up spaces for the jewis people. I just want to express following: I have nothing against Jewish as religion. This is something every one has to deal between him/her and his/her Lord. But I am against anyone who does not have any rights but claiming for rights, not knowing how to behave as guests in a country which is not yours. I have something against people/nations who have economical and missal-power forcing their interest to the disadvantage of a weaker nation. Therefore - the only way of having peace in the middle east is, there is and was never a leagal basis for a country called Israel. Therefore the occupier (all) have to leave Palestine and the status of 1947 have to be re-astablished. Free Palestine from the River to the Sea.
