Just got my property appraisal today, my 1700sq , 37 year old home went up by $80 thousand in value! That is crazy, up 60% since ol’ Joe was elected. Negating the heart attack from the price of this condo, it really is a nice size for a one bedroom, and as you said, plenty of storage. I like the art deco vibes the dining chandelier gives along with the curved glass block wall in the living. Very nice entry condo. I just don’t know how anyone affords to live.
