I actually got to watch Unicorn town on my flight back from the States with American Airlines. It’s such a great achievement of yours and really an amazing movie. Great attitude. There are some amazing things in life that have a time limit and you’re very clever to be so appreciative of what you have lived through, but know when the time is right to move into a new era. Good luck, but I have no doubt you’ll be just as successful as you want to be!
Nice, a breath of fresh air, I like that. Change can really be great, if done right. And if done wrong, it can be fairly amusing for the uninvolved onlooker.

Congratulations to you for carving out the life you have thus far. As you mentioned, your experience has been unique and it has taken a lot of guts to follow your path. It is also good that you still have managed to retain your mental faculties; not all football players are as fortunate. We look forward to what is next in your journey. PS: I did notice who you didn't mention in your thank-yous; please don't make the same mistakes I made my first time around. You can never tell certain people thank you too often, if you get what I'm saying.
All the best for your next steps ! 🙌🏻 thanks for the good content📸📽️ Looks like a nice „Dachgeschoss Wohnung“. is it in a belltower somewhere? 😅 Greetings from the Palatinate Forest✌🏻
Sorry to hear, Nalf, but said with a smile. So, I believe it. Keep a hand in on the game- coaching, playing etc if you love it. In music you can always improve your skills. While the past is passed, I’d say bring it all with you into these next days, weeks, months. It will lead you on. God bless and thanks for so many videos and the fun memories and helping me keep my connection to Germany. All the best- 🇺🇸🇩🇪
@@mojojim6458 oops I edited something important out, my thought was: I don’t know about in football but in music you can always improve your skills. Getting older doesn’t mean getting worse. It can mean better. I wouldn’t want to be the same musician I was at age 20. Even with staying in shape it can get better. Onward and upward. Long live Nalf.
@@TMD3453 Thanks for taking the time to follow up. Given that you can always improve your music skills, maybe there is hope for the Nalf; that he can cast aside his horrible taste in music; stop listening to (and plaguing us with) and instead choose decent music instead.
I’m just a bit sad purely for selfish reasons. Somehow you popped up on TH-cam last year as the Unicorn season was winding down. I watched a few of your videos that day mostly because of my interest in American football abroad. I wasn’t aware it was as big as it is. But after a couple videos it was no longer about the football aspect it was the way you portrayed your and others life in a small beautiful town in Germany. Being the “old” dude I am I had plenty of time to binge on the NALF channel and dreaming of a good butter pretzel. With all that said I was looking forward to catching a few Unicorn games online if possible. I’ll still do that but without #36, NALF. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors and life in general. One more thing, Unicorn Town was great. I’ve recommended it to many. My nephew was so impressed with it he showed it to his youth baseball team and a few fellow managers. Great job.
Congratulations Nick to everything you have achieved. 💚 Excited to hear what’s next 🥰

Great attitude. There are some amazing things in life that have a time limit and you’re very clever to be so appreciative of what you have lived through, but know when the time is right to move into a new era. Good luck, but I have no doubt you’ll be just as successful as you want to be!
I watched Unicorn Town a couple nights ago on Amazon Prime. Interesting and very well done. (from Indiana, USA)
Congrats Nick!!!! So many things for you to be proud of....and yet, the best is yet to come!!!!
Nice, a breath of fresh air, I like that. Change can really be great, if done right. And if done wrong, it can be fairly amusing for the uninvolved onlooker.
I bet Nalf worked during his freetime on creating a new "Knoppers Bretzel" and he will hook us all with this awesome invention 😂
Well, I've been around as subscriber since the channel has a few thousand subs and it's been a pleasure to see the channel growing, see your videos improving. Your Videos Nick are for me the best ones on yt. Keep doing the good work and good luck for the next step in your life!
Cheers from Karlsruhe
I saw your last home game last year, great experience
Watching this both with one sad eye, but also with one happy eye. Wish you the best for all your new endeavors, will follow you here gladly to whatever your path will take you! 🦄🌈
Definitely, the retirement that has hit me the most this February. I am very excited about what your next chapters are gonna look like.
Congratulations Nick and good luck on your journey going forward.
All the best for your next steps ! 🙌🏻 thanks for the good content📸📽️
Looks like a nice „Dachgeschoss Wohnung“. is it in a belltower somewhere? 😅
Greetings from the Palatinate Forest✌🏻
thank you NALF for putting Schwäbisch Hall on the map!
I wish you all the best for your future ! I am glad you are planing to stay and ad your personality to our Community.
So excited for you and what will come !!
"In music you can always improve your skills." He urgently needs to improve his music choices. How much more whoopie music can we take?
Looking forward to your next steps, Nalf!
Steps made hopefully without the aid of those knee braces. ;)
Prost Nick!! Exciting new chapters in store. 🍻
As long as you end your videos with Andrew Applepies` music, it´s all good :) Wishing you the best for your next chapter!
congrats to your new page of your life enjoy it and i wish all the best greetings from bavaria
I could feel what you told us and I am happy that you are staying with us in Germany. I wish you all the best for your future plans. God bless you!
Great job.
