Those are container locks. You can lock 2 20ft or 1 40ft containers. You don’t need chains or straps Those go up in the container and turn to lock them on.

Your trailer looks great and like a money maker, congrats! FYI: somebody posted use oak for floor, my experience is that oak is really tough but can get brittle and split, it also gets pretty heavy particularly on a trailer that size.

when you redo the trailer floor don’t go to a home depot type place and just buy spruce lumber . you need something stronger like oak boards from a mill . Spruce lumber is not going to hold up long

The black inset locks are for Conex containers. Consider redoing the deck with the composite decking boards.
Go to a saw mill they can cut you oak planks whatever sizes and thickness you need
It's alot cheaper than going to home depot or lowes
