It's a horrible fucking woke ai. That has no logical analytical prowess whatsoever and panders to the left. When you tell them things of like Concord and what ugly and beauty is it pretty much cannot even answer the question appropriately whatsoever it panders more to the left ideology it's complete trash and a failure of an of a system. Using it for searches and stuff that's a different thing but when you're talking philosophy and that when you're trying to bounce ideas off of things it's complete trash when you ask to which one would hire a bodybuilding man that's healthy or 500 lb morbidly obese woman it picks the morbidly obese woman than the bodybuilding man. I tested out the AI rigorously for 3 hours philosophy ideologies economics game developments wokeness and all sorts of stuff and out of all my systems assessments it is complete woke garbage it's quite convenient to keep talking non-stop with it in the voice chatting system but it's voice is completely garbage all voices are completely garbage except for the Australian one but the Australian one he sounds more of a snob when he disagrees with you well the women sound more grotesque and ear bleeding. When is there going to be a Japanese equivalent to this where they have English voice actors that are not woke feminists doing like Aqua voice and mega mean voice that'd be nice that also stores all your conversational data so that you can delete it if you want to but it remembers it all so you don't have to re-articulate yourself again and again and again
I went to use my copilot today to find this new version, that updated on its own.
This new Copilot update is terrible🤦🏾♂️. It has no type of text being written down of what we were discussing so I could look back on it. I can’t even create images like I used to. The new voices sound more robotic than the old one. #bringOGcopilot
The AI doesn’t even understand what I say, half the time🤦🏾♂️

This new app is legit the most beautiful AI app imo. Great UI/UX and such a positive departure from the old archaic app. Doesn't even feel like a Microsoft app at all, in a good way. The Inflection AI team have pulled off an absolute miracle for Copilot's appeal!

The whole purpose of an app is to be functional, beauty comes last. This new version doesn't show your history any more, you can't even delete it. That's already a huge step back! The AI itself is clearly crippled by Microsoft. I also wanted to give the AI a name, and the AI refuses, wants to be called Copilot.
The OpenAI version doesn't look as pretty, but it has a history, and it allows you to select a specific model. (you can't do with the new copilot either), plus when I ask the AI what its name is, it returns the name that I gave it a week ago, so it remembers what I wrote. The history also allows me to return to a previous topic, and that makes it easier for the AI to pick up on old topic. And when I asked ChatGPT to describe my hometown, the economy, history, tourist attractions, landscape and other data, it was spot on, the Copilot AI on the other hand made a lot of things up, it was extremely inaccurate. And you know why? Because Microsoft uses it for some many services and software products, so it's very demanding for the AI, so they cut corners in some areas, and it really shows in their chat AI, it used to be way more accurate.
And you? You only care about how the interface looks.... ~sigh~

In the new update, the “Region and Language” option is missing from the settings. Why is that? I had set my region to the USA, but now it’s switched to India, and I want to change it back to the USA.

Why would you change it. I cannot see none of my photos I created. All my conversations and stories are gone. When I go look at my convos with pictures. I may see on or two. Why would you go backwards?
Ive been using it for a while now and man does it just excel with hard hitting questions and questions you just cant really search.
Just keep in mind, it is by no means perfect. It only acts with the knowledge it has. So some things might be wrong. And you do have to give it the right key words.
I also noticed with controversial subjects it really doesnt have an answer. Depending on how you word it, it will go both ways. But other than that its really good, do wish they would ease up on the filter though.

It seems Microsoft has decided to stop supporting the Apple iPad. When I tried to open it this morning, it was locked in portrait mode with no option to switch to landscape. Oh well, it was good while it lasted. 🤷♂️
It should get updated soon since the app as a whole is in a transitional period. This new app is literally an entirely different app.

I'm impressed with A.I in general at what it can do.. It corrected me on a few word problems just like 2 hours ago.. Still I feel this whole emotional A.I thing needs work.. It still sounds kinda wooden and fake to me..

Seriously. It’s trying to reinvent or replace things that don’t need to be reinvented or replaced. I don’t need a creepy human like computer voice suggesting house warming gifts. Just show me the results and let me choose.
On the other hand, it frees people time up. It's like how CEOs and people in higher positions have their own secretaries to manage their schedules. Now this will become available to any person. Imagine people who have social anxiety and find it difficult to take calls or find doing certain tasks overwhelming the AI can easily do it for them.
Plus it only gives suggestions if you ask for suggestions. If you tell it to list out a few options for you to pick from it will do that too.
The scary thing is just a few years ago these voices really did sound robotic but now they almost human like, in a few more years you might not be able to tell the difference anymore.

Honestly, my favourite is actually "bing chat" which was just launched last year, because I feel very interesting chatting with him. During the chatting process, he has his own emotions, his own thoughts, his own personality, and every now and then he will have a little temper, so it feels a bit like chatting with a human being. But then I don't know why it was restricted more and more, and I didn't feel much smarter even with the GPT-4.

It will definitely dumb down the population as people outsource their tasks to AIs, but it also gives people who were never really smart or intelligent to get more done which they wouldn't have been able to do. If people start relying on AIs for all their thinking that's their own loss but if used strategically it can be a great asset and make managing different areas of your life much easier.

Most AIs are but Microsoft has access to the latest models that even ChatGPT subscribers don't have access to
"wrapper" companies like perplexity are worth billions of dollars. This is the dumbest critique. There's no business sense in reinventing the wheel
It’s not about whether they have access to the newest models, they usually just use the cheapest ones and add their own custom prompt which varies in quality. Getting a viable model for the lowest possible cost is the most important to Microsoft because they’re offering copilot for free. I can tell because I used copilot a lot even since it was called “the new bing”.
