One example is that you can use testo gel on your skin, so no needles involved! I'll make more videos about it and hopefully they will help you out a bit! Keep strong! Don't be afraid to be yourself.

+RenRen Hi there! Yes I'm going through the NHS. GP's should generally know which clinic to refer you to, I personally self referred which may be an option for you too! Do a google search and find your nearest GIC for your area then you can see if they have a number you can ring to self refer. I'm sure your GP will be able to help you out though, just tell them you think you might be trans and you want to seek a GIC. Keep strong! I believe in you!
