What's good JL, my wife and I love this spot you might appreciate in the Lehigh area. The spot is called Mr Lee's noodles and you have to visit the one in Easton public market. They are a ramen spot. My wife and I love spicy food we always get the HOT & SPICY RAMEN and we add the chicken from their fried chicken ramen. There are probably another 10 markets in there but you might like that one. Keep doing your thing wifey and I love watching it.

Look into CEYLON cinnamon. It's a--how shall I say?--more potent cinnamon that works WONDERS for blood sugar. Do your research and don't take TOO much. All the best.
