Thanks for the great teaching materials, but I always thought Opportunities in SWOT Analysis to be external factors, that exist in the marketplace, or am I getting smth wrong ?

Yes, opportunities and threats are external. My tool is designed to provide a long list of ideas for a SWOT. You can edit the wording if required. Sometimes there may be some overlap between SWOT factors. Sorry for any confusion. Geoff

Sorry - Excel only allows translation one cell at a time - so it is very time consuming with 150 or so of each of the SWOT elements.

Hi Jade - it's good to use, just enter into the data cells. The protection is for the headings, instructions, formulas. Geoff
