Official terminology changes in PGR Global as of Reveries With A Whale (Pulao patch):
Construct --> Omn
Transcendant --> Un
Both groups will be classified as Constructs now.
Once you have an A-Rank character, you can farm that character's Shards for free. That means you probably won't ever need to target duplicate A-Ranks. This goes doubly if you're a spender: you'll gain so many A-Ranks just pulling for S-Ranks that you should never need extra A-Rank Shards.
How do you farm the shards other than pain cage?

One thing that is important to add with this part 3:55 - 4:06 :
A ranks are obtainable without using BC due to the fact that blue tickets are constantly given. Transcendents on the other hand needs BC as yellow tickets are given rarely.
BC is important as it can be used for all banners, so don't use it on A rank banners. Use blue tickets which are free and have no other use other than the A rank banner. Transcendents needs BC, so pulling them needs planning. Consider that the BC you are using on that Transcendent banner can be used for the more prioritized banners/beneficial banners.

When PGR global dropped and we had the alpha banner, I made the mistake of pulling on fate banner rather than themed but... After almost a year and a half of playing, I was able to get Selena amp in the fate banner xD

I'm pulling Alpha banner but doesn't have enough BC to hit 60 and quit the game right after, now I'm back with 58/60, Guess I'll save it for Bianca Abystigma or Alpha Crimson Weave

Funnily enough when the wishing banner showed up I picked rosetta because why not. Following that I decided to test the waters, and immediately got silverfang on the first pull. Taking this as a sign of good luck, I proceeded to pull 3 more times, and on that 3rd pull, I obtained rosetta. Just after 4 pulls.
Needless to say I was ecstatic to finnally complete my boss roster as well as pull my favorite character

These videos are SO helpful, really. I couldn't thank you enough. Even after reaching lvl 83, I still feel like an absolute newbie. I still remember I randomly started playing when I bought a new tablet and wanted to download a few games. Sadly, I didn't pay any attention towards the story and just focused on the gameplay and cool characters. I kinda regret always skipping the dialogue, but I'm way too far in the story now to read through all the dialogue from the beginning. So basically, I have no fraking idea what the game is even about and what the missions are that I'm completing. A shame, I know, but I'm still enjoying the game. Sometimes the interface still confuses me, including the R&D research, but your TH-cam channel really helps me out a lot.
Congrats on reaching level 83! Hopefully this video helped out with the R&D Research confusion. Story-skipping the start of the game is pretty common from what we've heard. I'd recommend watching the story from here onward, and you'll start to pick it up.

@@lollipop-qg8mh Those two are many months away, so absolutely! Bianca is in September, which means you have three or so months to get 15k BC. If you're consistent in doing your dailies/weeklies, that will be super easy!

I think it's fair to point out that people that get the upgraded paths on the Battle Pass, will get a full 10-pull of CUB banner tickets if they regularly max out the BP that patch. Since new S Rank CUBs tend to release once every two patches, Battle Pass spenders should passively be able to get every single new CUB that releases each patch. In addition to that, I've tended to get S Rank CUBs to drop early pretty frequently, so sometimes I just don't use the full 20 pulls to hard-pity them, so I have extra summons ready to go for that string of patches where we get new S Rank characters with their own signature S Rank CUBs in the form of Hypereal, to Ice Ayla, to Crimson Weaver Alpha. S Rank CUB early drop rates are crazy high compared to S Rank characters, so it turns out that the new A RANK CUBs are harder to get from the banner than the S Rank ones. So far, I've gotten the majority of my A Rank CUBs from the Norman War Ore shop.

I still don't understand why people don't use the name of the frame instead of the charas name, it's easier and eliminate confusion. Ex. S fire tank Nanami vs Starfarer, also Balter which is really confusing vs Stigmata.

I'm very lucky in fate banner if i have 10 pulls,i just pull on it....got both my Veritas and Rosseta from it(both on first 10 pulls)...but i rarely have enough for 10 since i pull once i have 250 bc right away
Some beginners often get confused between arrival and 70% since arrival banner disappears if there's no new cons s rank. They often expect to get close to pity only to be disappointed when seeing 0/60 on Arrival banner.
Is this the arrival banner with 100% guarantee for new S Rank Constructs? It restarts to 0/60 after the patch? The pity doesn't carry over to the next Arrival Banner?

As someone who played a ton on release and then haven't touched the game in 3 years (870 days according to the return banner), the main screen is damn intimidating to get back into the game. I have a few SS and SSS characters, but not many and most of them are lower tier except Alpha who apparently got powercrept. Any suggestions for someone who just returned after a long hiatus?
does the S themed construct banner keep pity even when the next themed construct arrives or is it only just on the S arrival banner that carried pity?

Well on my side I did get most of my cons are from fate pulls around 30-40 but few of them I get them from 60-80 pulls so it's all about luck and risk on fate pulls...
I would still choose fate pull up to now because of the satisfaction if you get the current cons only in 10 pulls...
Well in the end it's an individual choice to choose between normal pull or fate pull... So yeah!! 💀

Hi In terms of gameplay, what's the difference between Constructs and Trancendants?
I"m fairly new and I assume that Trancendants are weaker/niche than construct due to the low pity cost?
I kinda dig Pulao since she only cost 2500 bc, (which is all I have currently lol).
As of the latest patch they're now called Omns and Uns respectively. Uns (formerly Transcendants) are the only characters capable of using Finishing Moves and are fairly mandatory for the content they're intended for. If you like Pulao and you'll still have 15,000 BC by the time the next S-Rank Omn comes out, you should grab her! Only Pulao and Roland can use Finishing Moves at the moment, but that will change in the future.

I missed out on Liv Empreya and she’s sort of the only character I want atm. Would she appear on the Anniversary Banner? Or am I better off taking the risk if she appears on the Arrival Construct banner? I’m a relatively new player who started halfway into Survival Lucem.
First, if you have spare BC get her from the wishing banner currently available and yes she will be available in the anniversary banner also

When pulling on standard I check the chances, and it shows characters up to Vera Flare. I haven't gotten my 40 guarantee, but can I get them? Or can I only get Nanami, Karen, Kamui, Lee and Liv S ranks?
There's a chance you can get any of the S-Ranks shown on that list! That particular banner gets updated as new characters come out. S-Ranks get added to that banner a few months after they debut usually. Hope you get someone you love!

It's better to save for Bianca and Alpha. Uns are fun, but without a tank class they will struggle on harder Omn content.
New player here, I've been mindlessly pulling on the Themed Event Construct banner for Nanami: Starfarer. I'm at 45/60 which I was going to pull up to 59 then save the pity for another character down the road, but hearing that pity resets after you get them I have stopped pulling 👀
My question is, is the Themed Event Construct banner going to be replaced by the Themed Construct banner meaning I just lose my pity or does it carry over even if it doesn't have "event" in the name?
Also, how important is element coverage/how many teams are enough in this game? I was focusing on dark atm since it seems easier to build into early on but I am switching my focus into physical once I get the free S rank choice pick. My plan is to pick Rosetta from the event one and Liv Luminance from one they give you (if I don't pull either of them from my free pulls on the base member target banner), then also try to get Pulao Dragontoll since 10 pulls doesn't seem that bad to hope for the 80% chance.
Welcome to PGR! You won't lose your pity: the Themed Event Construct banner pity will roll over to the next Themed Event Construct, which will be the new Dark-tank Karenina. Keep in mind that Karenina drops in the next TWO patches in July. The next patch after Nanami: Starfarer is Haicma, who is a Un. Haicma is on a different banner and only needs 10-pulls.
As for coverage, PGR is a game where the more constructs you have the easier you can clear content, even if those extra constructs are A or B-Ranks. Dark Team is a great team to focus on early since you can make a very strong A-Rank team for relatively cheap with Watanabe: Astral, No. 21: XXI, and Vera: Rozen.
Physical is a great team to focus on next, since the new physical attacker Bianca: Abystigma (name subject to change) is coming out in September who is supremely powerful! As for Pulao, I don't really recommend her as a fill in for the Physical team. Since she's a Un, she's going to take a 60% attack penalty if she's paired with other Omns. If you want a cheap fill in until Bianca: Abystigma comes out, I'd recommend Karenina: Blast. She's a decent A-Rank physical/fire attacker who can group enemies together.
Only last thing: Nanami: Starfarer is a very powerful Fire Tank, with high damage and good utility. With the pace this game moves at, she won't be replaced for a long time. If you can afford it, I'd finish off her banner and snag her. Of course, the choice is always up to you!

I've been playing Recitavtivo di Fantasia to get a feel for how the characters play and I've come to realize even though I like how all the physical characters look, I don't actually like how they feel playing them. I like the physical Uns though, so I'll probably just make a team out of them instead at some point in the future. (Please let me know if that's a bad idea 👀)
My plan for my dark team has changed for them to be the team I mostly focus on since I like how No. 21 plays A LOT. I will probably pick up Luna: Laurel from the event S rank picker whenever I get it (or if I get lucky and get her from my free base banner pulls). My main problem though is that since I like how No. 21 plays I'm conflicted if I should worry about the upcoming Karenina. I would assume building 2 units that are the same element and the same class is a huge waste of resources.
I'm still testing out frames from ice, fire, and lightning to see which one of those I want to build into. I would assume fire would be a pretty good option though since I'm so deep into the Nanami banner. I still got a lot of time to worry about that though, so I'll take my time testing thoroughly.
Cool ...now i only need the PC relase to actualy use this since my Phone is garbage xD (is there soft Pity like in Genshin? or none like in honkai?)
You can always try PGR on an emulator like LDPlayer in the meantime! The pity is guaranteed in PGR unlike in Genshin. You'll be guaranteed your targeted character on the 60th pull if you use the correct banner.
So all in all are transcendent characters worth it?

Yup! As long as the banner has the same name, pity should be shared across them. For example, your Stigmata banner 55 pity will carry over to Lee: Hyperreal's banner pretty soon, and then again to Ayla: Kaleido's banner (she's free so if you're F2P you don't need to pull her), and then again to Alpha's. Since you're so close to pity already, you should be able to get Lee: Hyperreal and then save up enough to get Alpha after Ayla!

Mmm can i ask, about the pity, still it counted when the banner end? Or it will restarting to 0 again?
On any banner with the same name, the pity will remain. So if you got to 20/60 on a debuting character's banner (for example, Selena: Capriccio), then it will still be 20/60 when the next S-Rank character debuts (in this case, Nanami).
I am avoiding that fate banner 😂 I just wish once to see if I am lucky then go to the 60 pity banner

This is a tough question since it depends on which banners are active and which characters you have so far! Generally we recommend pulling on every character when they debut. If you are trying to decide which older characters to get, I recommend checking out our Wishing Banner Video. It's about an event that ended where you could get an older character at 100% rate, but the event WILL come back someday, and our advice on which S-Rank characters to get still stands.

I will add that is Liv: Empyrea wasn't available for the Wishing Banner at the time we released that, but if she was, she'd be high up on that list. She strengthens team members, heals them, AND does a lot of fire damage. The whole package!
As for transcendants/uns, Uns are not as strong or important as S-Rank constructs, but they don't cost too much and are helpful for clearing un content. With that said, Roland: Flambeau has access to a Finishing move and has good utility/damage. Camu gets a Finishing move around June 2023, and also has good damage. And if you evolve Selena: Tempest to SSS, she'll be strong enough to replace the S-Rank lightning attacker Bianca: Veritas. (She will be getting access to a Finishing move by [EDIT: November 2023]. However, evolving her to SSS is expensive, and I wouldn't recommend it if you are F2P or a low spender.
