@@AloneInPineda Inaccurate comment. Try UP, where Amtrak is frequently shunted into a crossing loop to allow their freight trains to cross , for starters. Not so bad at CPKC, where delays on the ex Soo Line trackage between CHI and STP are minimal. Worst is the ex-IC trackage ( owned by a hostile CN management ) between CHI and NOL.
