There's a lot of good Mexican food outside of Portland in the suburbs (which is often overlooked) where most of us Latinos in the state reside.

When Rick led off with Tierra del Sol, I knew this would be an A-tier roundup! Their Tlayuda is absolutely the perfect warm-weather dish! If you are downtown, the owner of Las Cazuelas (food truck) reminds me so much of Amelia. She makes delicious Birria, and her tamales ALWAYS sell out (only available two days a week, but if you're nice, she'll set some aside for you)!

A lot of history, a lot of cooking, and a WHOLE lot of 2 of my favorite YTers. Thumb up if you want something like this to happen, thumb down if you think it's a bad idea.
