    I always forget about this fish. I've made one similar a few times and it was a big hit. Not sure why I don't make it more often. Yours looks amazing. Xo

    Nonna I didn't know about pasta primavera, I think I never tasted it, but it looks REALLY tasty. Besides that it's so colourful 😃☀️❤

      Buon giorno caro Francesco..yes, pasta primavera is more of a North American/Italian dish. It was made famous through a 1977 article in the New York Times after appearing in a NYC restaurant, La Cirque. Buon appetito! It is so delicious. Vibrant!
