I'm a native New Zealander - Maori. We don't grow rice here. I saw your title and was wondering how you'll cook it. We call pork intestines "terotero'. We clean it all up including the shit bag and fry it with onions. You got to have an iron guts to eat it but those who aren't afraid swear its a delicacy 😂😂😂😂. I've seen on another video in Japan where they add the tail and offcuts to it and it sells like hotcakes 😂😂. Thanks for sharing.
