    Thank you Cliffe and Stuart. I just started reading the New Testament because of you. Nevermind if you are Christian, atheist, agnostic, Muslim or something else, nobody can deny that what you, Cliffe have been doing for so many years comes from pure love, caring and empathy for everyone you are talking to. I really appreciate you and hope you have a great day.

      Our walk with God is a progressive thing. Sometimes we can even make a few false starts before we get properly on board with The Lord. I’ve actually been baptised 3 times. The first two were fizzers because I wanted to be a secret Christian. But 3rd time lucky because I was no longer going to hide my light. Also I came under great conviction particularly because The Lord showed up which He will do if we get serious. As believers be we new or old we have to believe the word of God that’s reliably recorded in the King James Bible. And also we must embrace the fear of God by often being mindful that hell exists and that God destroyed the entire world with the flood except for the 8 on the ark. Of course the bonus is escaping everlasting damnation and knowing you are loved by God. We love God because He is good. And we learn to be grateful to God beginning with thanking Him for bringing us into existence. We pray for power to flee from all sin including lust and fornication. And we become commandment keeping God pleasing people who love to obey Him. Enjoy your journey with the Lord. There is nothing greater.

    Jesus called all to (repent) which means you understand the severity of sin, turn from a sinful lifestyle and (don’t justify) that behavior. How do you allow Christ to live within you to change your reality and world view, and how do I know who Jesus is? Practicing spiritual disciplines, this is something you should want to do if you’re saved. Tolerance and acceptance for a human being is wonderful but not the sinful (lifestyle) that’s not wonderful. The Catholic Church teaches false doctrine, another Jesus, full of idolatry and also nonbelievers give money away, that doesn’t make them righteous. A Christian serve to honor God, because we are saved not to become saved. We pray directly to Jesus NOT through Mary, Pope, saints and priests, nor do other nonCatholic Christians practice idolatry. Only Jesus Christ knows who is saved and who isn’t we can only see fruit good or dead deeds. Titus 3:5

      You feel shame because you are saved. Keep praying, ask for Jesus's help immediately when you feel urges and get up and force yourself to do something else. We will and all do fall, that was the purpose for Jesus's selfless act of love and grace through his crucifixtion. He died for our sins, because we sin, because we couldnt enter heaven without his grace through death and resurrection. If you fall every day, aim to fall 6 times a week, then 5, then once per month etc. YOU WILL sin, but your guilt is a sign that your heart is in the right place. Forgive yourself, walk closer with God and strive to improve every day. You'll make it

      This is a feeling that i think a lot of people struggle with. Questioning wether you are saved because you continue to sin.
      There is no limit on how many times God can forgive you for your sins.
      Something that has helped me, is this one thing Jesus said to his disciples, because they were so tired and kept falling asleep when they were supposed to be keeping watch.
      ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26:41‭
      “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
      It's just so refreshing to hear Jesus himself say that he knows the flesh is weak. Jesus knows your spirit is willing to give it up.
      Addiction is hard to break and it takes time. Jesus knows that.
      Here also is a prayer that might help you, it's from one of my favorite authors. A.W Tozer.
      "Father, I want to know Thee, but my coward heart fears to give up its toys. I cannot part with them without inward bleeding, and I do not try to hide from Thee the terror of the parting. I come trembling, but I do come. Please root from my heart all those things which I have cherished so long and which have become a very part of my living self, so that Thou mayest enter and dwell there without a rival. Then shalt Thou make the place of Thy feet glorious. Then shall my heart have no need of the sun to shine in it, for Thyself wilt be the light of it, and there shall be no night there. In Jesus' Name, Amen."

    • @paulwilfridhunt
      @paulwilfridhunt 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s good that you have lost your lust but for the sake of those who are struggling God will answer your good prayer to lose lust and it might happen overnight but this is usually not what happens. Invariably it’s a slow process. However if you can gain the understanding that in actuality women are not actually desirous of sexual intercourse but instead are making it available, if indeed they are making it available, because they know this is what men want. Men like sex for the pleasure it brings but also the women’s submission makes him feel superior/important and this is not to be underestimated as a factor in the whole thing. Women excel in beauty and men excel in strength. We are inferior in beauty and women are inferior in strength. And by allowing yourself to recognise their inferiority you will lose the desire to see their submission and that’s half the battle won. And along with this you allow yourself to realise that women do not desire sex as men do, but instead simply service men to please them, your desire to degrade them will greatly decrease. When a prostitute dresses immodestly she is doing so to send a signal of availability. But do not confuse availability with desireability. She’s available but doesn’t desire it. And today it’s common for many women to give the appearance availability, though not usually being available, and they are doing so in order to gain mens acceptance in this era of men’s unprecedented lust. This realisation along with being prepared to pay the price of being dead to sin, and wanting to be holy, will speed up the process of freeing yourself from lust. Don’t take any sneaky peaks at porn. I hope this helps. Keep praying. God will help you. He will set you free

    One of the “funny” aspects of videos like this is how the people evangelizing speak as if the “biblical” Jesus Actually existed. Keep in mind the uniqueness of Christianity is its promise of immortality. A promise it cannot keep based upon the empirical evidence of death. Everything eventually dies, stars, planets, all manner of life, everything. Unfortunately, there is virtually no evidence that an ancient “miracle worker” actually lived. There may have been a Jesus as a “street preacher” but all the supernatural claims are (as Spock would say) “illogical”. There is no and never has been ANY evidence that a supernatural realm exists. Too often theists exploit gaps in the scientific research and literature to use the supernatural to fill in the gaps. Even though they can present No evidence to support their claims. Everything currently “assumed” about the biblical Jesus comes out way via ancient word-of-mouth “stories”. Stories that are no more believable than purple unicorns. And it makes false promises it can’t keep, such as immortality. Even the Roman (Jewish) historian Josephus wrote about a Jesus but all the information he had was second and third-handed. He never personally witnessed the Biblical Jesus.

    Cliffe I have to disagree here. If we believe in Christ and confess him as lord, we do not then supplement his salvation by works. That's to say, salvation is not hanging by a thread where an arbitrary and undefined amount of sin will cut that thread and undo our salvation which the Bible says is forever. Thats a lot of dancing around word play to incorporate works into our salvation while claiming its faith alone, if its faith alone, then you do not need to meet a certain threshold of sinlessness to keep it, thats not Biblical.

My step-child is a male living as a female, changing his hormones to be a female and looking into other surgeries. I accept him as a human being, created in the image of God, but I do not participate in the acknowledgment of being a female. I love him regardless. It’s not an easy situation to be in. But sin is sin no matter which way we cut it. We are just mere mortals with a limited understanding of the unlimited God. All of us have temptations that we can be particularly temped by. For one it’s to steal. For another can be temped to kill. Another wants to be adulterer. Another can be temped to be a homosexual. But whatever our temptations are, it doesn’t mean we should succumb to them and try justify them as the homosexuals do. One family might consider that a life of crime is ok because they are attracted to it. Or a forger might become a counterfeiter because of his love of it. Or another loves homosexuality even though God expressly says it’s wrong. Transgenders and homosexuals will go to hell along with all those who disobey God. We are to let God rule us. He says what we can and cannot do. Whoa unto those who say they are right and God is wrong. Lot had to live in ungodly Sodom until God removed him from that place. If you want to live a holy life my brother God will see to it that you can. He will guide you.

    Cliff is right on alot of topics except the fact that he once said "catholics who accept Christ are our brothers in Christ." That simply isn't true. Once a person genuinely accepts Christ they no longer call or consider themselves Catholic because having ANY sort of attachment to catholicism is satanic. Catholicism is utterly and completely idolatry and satanic and any root to it is satanic. We are NOT brothers in CHRIST. He's right on alot of doctrines except this. I completely disagree with that. Catholics are on the same level as other cults like Jehovah witnesses, muslims, mormons, 7th day adventists, harry kushners, Buddhists, etc.. The Bible says in
    2 CORINTHIANS 6:14 "What communion has light with darkness..." and (1 Corinthians 10:19-20) their idols are literally demons, and (Psalms 115:1-8) tells us they are serving a different god than OUR GOD which is in heaven. And so much more. DO NOT BELIEVE every social media influencer who starts preaching that catholics and christians can unite because that simply isn't true. Catholics are NOT saved, they are in danger of hellfire.

      Every proposition is a hypothesis.
      A hypothesis is usually a prediction based on some observation or evidence. Hypotheses must be testable, and once tested, they can be supported by evidence. If a statement is made that cannot be tested and disproved, then it is not a hypothesis.
      You claimed there is evidence for God. That means it’s a hypothesis in your view.
      Can your observation predict a necessity for the Christian God ?
      I understand you want to dodge this question because you can not answer it. All you have is blind faith that what you observe started with God. But God doesn’t predict the things you observe at all. You ask for questions of God. I’m giving you one. So feel free to prove there is observable evidence by demonstrating you can predict God is the necessary source for what we observe.

      @jasonnoble7302 sure, the evidence is that a mind is evident in nature. Morality also points to a mind outside of the human mind, as dose law of nature, also Jesus Christ is not a hypothesis but a historical figure, a person who lived, walked, and taught. Your definition I would say is accurate but many hypothesis and theories are not based on the same definition you gave, there is absolutely no way to test the conventional paradigm of evolution, nor can one demonstrate there is no god.

      Yeah, you twisted everything cliff said in his response lol. But that’s typical for Roman Catholics because y’all follow tradition and not scripture, and your interpretation of scripture comes from priests and not the Holy Spirit. In fact, y’all will say you follow the Spirit of Jesus but you contradict that claim left and right. And the fact that you call the Catholic Church the one true church says it all. Roman Catholicism is a cult my friend. It’s a cult of idolatry that twists scripture left and right to get people to join a belief system/religion, rather than just lead people to literally and actually, personally know Jesus. I was raised Catholic, but never even told the Gospel. Then Jesus came to me at 21 and spoke to me and told me to seek the truth about him. He led me to the Gospel when I searched. And he entered my body when I repented and believed in him, in my car, as I fully surrendered too. Aka I received him as my personal Lord and Savior. I cut off all ties to Roman Catholicism after that, because after checking scripture, there was nothing pointing to that religion. And the fact that I was born again without any works and just faith, completely contradicted the Catholic Church that says in the catechism, grace alone leads you to hell. And that you gotta believe in Jesus, and, do this that and the other. Even though “believe” in the Greek means to literally drop everything and place ALL your trust in Jesus and trust in his finished work ALONE to get you to Heaven. That’s the difference.

    The scripture down below was not nailed to the cross. It was the ceremonial laws nailed to the cross, not the 10 commandments.
    KJV Exodus 20:1-17
    1 And God spake all these words, saying,
    2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
    3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
    4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
    5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
    6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
    7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
    [8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
    9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
    10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
    11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.]
    [12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.]
    13 Thou shalt not kill.
    14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
    15 Thou shalt not steal.
    16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
    17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
    All of you really should search this out for yourself. What the bible says to do understand the truth of the scriptures between ceremonial laws vs. The 10 Commandments!
    The first kept outside the arc, The second or the ten commandments in other words were kept Inside the arc, one was a man, 1 was directly of God. One was everlasting of God's character, which is the 10 commandments, the first 1 was only of a temporary basis with man. Study out your scripturous folks and this is Going to matter for the end times and it will, so please pay attention. This is very important. It's a matter of God's character versus satan's or the mark of the Beast was satan VS. the Seal of God.

      Saved people desire to live a faithful life of repentance which literally means to love others. No one is perfect and we “all fall short of the glory of God”. You know them by how they live. Your faith in the blood of Christs saves you but to save others (and what proves your sincerity) is a change in your heart to be more Christlike

So if a saved person falls back into sin does that mean they are not saved like I have seen so many christians do including myself ? And the process of sanctification doesn't mean everybody is going to be so loving all the time they might fall into a season of anger and destruction that could for sure happens and then they could get back up and try harder again but just because that person fell doesn't mean they are not saved because I believe once saved always saved and there can be a person who's life doesn't resemble the christian life but it did before and they just fell into a bad season so that's why you can judge someone based on what you assume by the outside because there is many christians I believe who do good deeds and appear good on the outside but they are not saved because they don't believe n the finished works on the cross and they are trusting to be good and get saved on my opinion you would have better luck being bad but trusting in the finished works and being saved over somebody and having good deeds thinking that would get them saved. Point is someone could be living in a season of sin and still be saved they just fell but a righteous man falls but keeps getting back up and the father will drag them if they are chosen to keep getting back up all these holier than thou christians are the ones who are not saved because they don't realize they are sinners to and it doesn't matter if its one sin or a thousand the only thing that cancels them out is Christ I will never believe being good gets you into heaven the murdered on the cross was accepted into heaven so there could be the worst person ever who hasn't changed much but the second he believes christ to cancel his sins past and future he will be saved no matter how many times he might slip up during the process of sanctification

Christians don’t choose to (live in sin) a lifestyle of sin like homosexuals, adulterers and fornicators etc., and that needs to be explained in a way that’s not an excuse to sin every once in a while. Id say that we're more than our beliefs, or those around us. And it is ultimately a choice, to belief in a god or not - theres a spectrum to beliefs I would argue. Im agnostic - because Im not going to believe in a god that you think would hate me, or cast me down for loving the only kind of person im able to love - other men - when Im literally physically, emotionally, mentally unable to love women, so its just either - go with the kind of person im attracted to, or be like, what - a male nun or some crap. not really a choice or option. Then theres the reasonings, and rationalities that come with all your crap - like instead of trying to answer a question, personally or deeply - youd rather say stuff like 'God will light the way", or "may god be with you" instead of being real. We get it, your religious - now try answering to someone who isnt you, and isnt of your faith - "where will you go to school?" god shouldnt be in the answer right? thats logical, to answer straight forward, not like - "god will light my path wherever he may choose!" its too much, and thats coming from an agnostic.
    I think because you can interpret every text, every book, subjectively, and objectively, everyone has their own way of being spurutual/religious. The fact that not every one of your Christians is the same - theres so many groups I cant even tell whats supposed to be what - it proves that even your bible isnt fully just one thing, or youd all be the same. I think theres a higher force. Simple as that. I think that higher force would have no physcial way to interact with us - being in a higher dimension and all - I find it likely that that being would create life, and the universe for us to observe - every possible combination of factors will be reached at some point - theres a 12-year-old in Africa who is gay, and into swords, and a 50 year old who identifies as a tree - its crazy - but its accurate in this world - and dying is us returning to it - the abstract - and recounting our crazy. lives, and what we learned about the world, and ourselves, simple as that.

    • @fazelok
      @fazelok 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      pretty much. And Id rather see 'it' as an abstract force - rather than trying to understand what it/he is, leave it as that unknowable entity, not exerting a will - but letting us live, and seeing what we make of our lives, and his' universe. I can see the merit in moralities of course, and some rules to live by are fine in general - yes, most sins are sins for a reason - murder, greed - those are things anyone can do under pressure - want more material things, or get too angry at someone - but no, sexuality is not a sin, not by a long shot. And I think there is a real difference between a god who wants the best for you full stop - and one that has to have you pray to it every 5 seconds, and not experience your own life, but only live to serve a god that doesnt communicate back, that wanted you to live your own life, and get your own experiences. Its like you and your actual father - at some point, you gotta stop calling him back, and live not in his shadow, but make your own family - calling him everyday and telling him he raised you right is a bit much, and living life only based on what he wanted of you, instead of what paths you want to take - leads to an empty life, full of choices you didnt make for yourself.
      Not to mention the fact that science isnt there yet either, leaving the bit of atheism in me just wanting it to be more abstract. You can have faith, but its still that unknowable force, unknowable being yet to show itself. And the bible is a mere interpretation of crazy tales of that beings' time creating the universe and everything on it. I do think some parts at the beginning do weirdly line up with the big bang and could be seen as accurately depicting things like that, which is why lets say - theoretically - god said a couple things to the writers of the bible - I still wouldn't put it past those early believes to fib and lie - to make it about this huge thing they experienced, that they need to share about the world. There are plenty of modern Christians and religious types willing to see things a certain way - and many who dont see a problem treating those they dont agree with as sinful people - plenty who were fine attacking gay people back in the day, and currently on the other side of the planet - for something we literally cant control - or like, seeing women as literal second class citizens, all those things - that prove religion inst always a good thing - when it can require the believer to live an immoral reality for some, and not others.

      @@fazelok I’m not so sure that it’s possible to be an agnostic or an atheist and be a truly crystal clear critical thinker. Because I am yet to meet one who actually realises that it’s their innate preference for God to not exist, albeit they deny this stating they have no such preferences. But logic demands that you have this preference. For if God exits then clearly you are nothing compared to God and as you prefer to be something rather than nothing, then therefore your preference is for God to not exist. And this preference is skewing your thinking, preventing you from seeing or recognising the obviousness of God’s existence, in order to prevent yourself from realising the nothing that you are compared to God. In life we teach ourselves but also we are taught the basics such as reading and writing. Jesus Christ certainly is a great teacher on the subject of God. And to validate his teachings He was an exemplary person who performed many miracles particularly with His own resurrection from the dead. And as there are those simple souls who are opposed to reading and writing and consequently are illiterate., But there are many who won’t know what Jesus taught because they prefer to maintain their nonsensical view that God doesn’t exist. What shall we say of these people. Shall we say they are smart. Nay. They are not wise though they deem themselves to be. These are the ones who refuse to be taught.

    • @fazelok
      @fazelok 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I mean, I try - its true that if a god existed in a certain way, but decided to - or couldn't get us to understand that - it leaves each of us seeing them a certain way. Like a 4th dimensional being, trying to interact with a 3d world - it doesn't work the same, and we would never see the full picture from here.
      And yes, you must understand that this is why conspiracy theories and multiple religions exist at all - subjective observations are the only ones we can make, as individuals. The only reason we know objective reality is possibly a thing is because we agree beforehand that everyone else sees, smells, and hears the same specific things - a verifiable reality. Which is how you could say a Christian god exists, or a Buddha, or no god - because we can agree that faith is important in hope, and living life with a purpose - and everyone could agree that historically, religion has a real-world basis, and believers willing to fight wars over what they know their' bible writers' saw, and experienced.
      Can I just say I love the way youre wording everything? XD tbh. Sure, Ill admit, its kinda hard to understand life the way anyone else does - but for me, its more obvious that religious people, and yes, atheists, and everyone in between - has a filter, we use to explain the world around us - some just see through a blatant, depressing tone - that we have no real purpose other than life and death - thankfully, I dont see it fully that way - and I do have a deep appreciation for the idea of a god, and the shared history of humanity - I can see the collective good a god has, and the vast, amazing civilizations we've built, and that the creator - whoever, whatever it is - life is special - had to say it. And so, athiests have the boring, 'science' filter on at all times - that we're just animals, destined to die, religious people have an immortal 'parent' in a sense - this big guy, who wrote them these rules, and all these things, and see it as that - a glorious purpose, to be alive, and experience the universe granted to us by their god. And yes, I like being in between - I know there's a force, a something, a someone - yes, some godly being - I would just rather keep it generalized rather than calling it a him, or her, not exactly sure why. Other than yes, not having god in school at all - thanks to liberals - that word, and religion have always been weird to me when i was younger, although im better at admitting a belief than I did before.
      "These are the ones who refuse to be taught." Again, I think a blatant callout is in order, attack the left, and right for not fighting for ANY theological education, having faith in something rather than nothing would've worked for me, but they avoided it like the plague. Blame the politicians, for the chaos in society - not those who simply grew up taught to act the way they do now - entitled. The reason we have trans people everywhere, and yes - fellow gen z'ers or whatever we're called (im 20 rn lol) is because the last generation of parents didnt parent right - and THEIR parents were the ones who went soft on THEM because theirs' were worse, or whatever. Its like their answer (the liberals) to every issue in the world, that's ever happened - was and still is - to literally push back in the opposite direction, 50 times harder, even when logic isnt in the room anymore tbh.
