Brandon Acker the vampire brought me here
tshh, why would you give him away to the public. it's not safe to talk about it here..
Moi aussi.
Listen to Lotfi Bouchnak you would like it for real
@@KnightMirkoYo what the hell do u mean dude
Both the sentence and the adjective are so accurate
This music is the embodiment of Tunisia. Halfaouine is the name of one area within the old town of Tunis, this brings so many memories of genuine Tunisian life, roaming the streets of the Medina while you can smell the Jasmin and Mint from nearby cafés , encountering those lovely wise men who just left the mosque wearing the traditional Chechia and Jebba saying Hi to you with an enchanting smile... The story wouldn't end there I can imagine how all of this has inspired the great Anouar...Tunisia is an endless love
❤️
love your words ... please tell me .. this Love is so deep .. he is touching heavens with his music ..
Beautiful words
Barakallahu fik Si Brahem
Nasma3 feha from Tokyo . I miss Tunisia 🇹🇳
The astounding eyes of everyone in this group! Beautiful, quiet communication happening between everyone just through their eyes, even with the audience and technicians off-stage.
this is the soul of Tunisia !
Merci Mr Brahem.
❤ I love my country so much

Anouar's music to me is the happiest marriage of the sounds of the east and the west, I can close my eyes and recollect good memories of the places I've been to...
I got the same impression of the marriage between the two genre's of western and eastern classical. 🖒🖒

binlerce kez teşekkürler üstad

@@hamzehatasheneh4356 thank you very much for your answer. I think it is a Sol minor armonic. In Arab Maqam, should be nahwand sol. Salamat

😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
What instrument is he using???
It's called Oud.
I Salut you
Mehmet Güllüoğlu tavsiye si diye geldim
Having trouble choosing an oud. WHAT TYPE OF OUD IS THIS! Syrian or Turkish. or something different perhaps
A Tunisian oud
tunisian oud.
It is not about the country, it is about the maker!
Pluss, not all ouds made by the same maker are as good.
Good luck
@@gk-qf9hv excactly
this is a common mistake even some musicians categorize oud by the countries. maybe most of turkish oud makers have things in common as well as persian but when it comes to arabs I think there's a wider range of variety so it's better to descripe oud by its characteristics.

The clapping is annoying
Exactly my thoughts. I couldn't find any other recordings of Halfaouine with an orchestra. Beautiful piece but it is destroyed at the start due to the clapping.
Carthage festival isn't an elitist event, so people are just being spontaneous, also the improvised part of the oud was done on the fly, this isn't meant to be recorded, it's meant to be lived, a one time expression.
This composition is dedicated to a medina of Tunis, and thereby its people. And music is for people. I loved that they partook in the music which is how music was played in the old times until it became a bastion of a few. And the clapping worked with the beat, not against it. Anyway, music is about feelings and if you found it disturbing, your feelings are valid too. Not everyone enjoys art in the same way. Cheers.
Tunisiens knew this music via lotfi bouchnak song ritek ma naaref win. And the clapping was to say that we Know it by heart this wonderful peace and the work if art of Anwer brahim.
