I feel so bad for the little boy, I’m thinking that all of his problems comes from his mom talking to him the way she obviously does..Most likely she has talked to him like that his whole life and gotten even worse when his behavior got bad because of it.
The Girl in the Closet story is so sad anyway, but it adds to the sadness and shock value to know that she eventually ended up assaulting a young child but not to the extent she was exposed to. It’s really sad how some people become what they fear most. I honestly hope she gets the help she dearly needs.
It happened in my family! I have a great grandfather abused his children, a couple of them abused their children and so on. Thankfully my mom and her siblings didn't follow the pattern.
I hate hearing people try to justify the atrocities that they commit by acting as though the fact that it happened to them, makes it less awful some how. Thank God that I was never abused by those who I loved and trusted. But having been through the things that I have, only makes me want to be more kind, and to protect, help, and heal, others who are being mistreated.
Me to yes he has issues but the way his mother talked to him that’s why he’s got issues my son had a hard time at the beginning of his life and still struggles sometimes but he is a lot better and no matter how overwhelmed I would get or frustrated with his behavior I never spoke to him like that I always showed him love that mother is terrible for how she treats her son he needs her more than ever he’s suffering
I think that the tragic story of Gia Allemand should've been on this list, hearing her mother describe being on the phone with Gia as she was dying and then hear her last breath as she was begging for her daughter to hold on for the paramedics to help her was truly very heartbreaking.
That is one horrific story for that poor young lady. I hope Lauren is getting help from counselors and other medical professionals. I hope Satan has a special spot in hell for her mother and stepfather
Most of these moments are less sad than they are disturbing. It's horrifying to see how low some people can be and how evil and twisted they can be with their peers and relatives.
There’s an old episode that had a heartbreaking story. A mother talked about her abusive husband or boyfriend who went too far and was arrested, but quickly posted bail, and when he got out, he kidnapped her daughter as she was getting out of school, took her to the woods, and shot her in the head, then shot himself. I also remember a few episodes with fighting couples when Dr. Phil would play videos of them fighting and highlighting the kids in the room. That’s always hard to watch. I particularly remember one that had the kids circled as the parents fought, and one of them, a little boy, suddenly screamed, “STOP!” Dr. Phil stopped the video and said, “What the heck are you thinking?”
Oh sweet Jesus. Every single clip on this video got to me but not as much as your #1 cuz I remember watching this. It made bawl like a baby and sicker to my stomach than I have EVER been in my life. I LOVE DR. PHIL and I NEVER miss his program but there have been several episodes since he first started on Oprah Tuesdays that have been extremely difficult for me to sit through. I still do it though and the knowledge I have gained over these years is humungous. I'll keep watching until the day he can't make them anymore!
I'm glad that dr. Phil is a good person to help these people, and that the people tell their stories on TV. So hopefully the world can help them too. I think I want to have some help from dr. Phil as well, if I ever get on his show. I'll tell my stories to the world from there, and at the end I hope I can get some help from not only dr. Phil but from other people. My life isn't terrible, the problem is some people in my family really don't know me
Dr. Phil a good person? Ha. He sends kids to troubled teen industries where they get abused. He should stop sending kids and shut them down. I know that because I was one of those kids. I relapsed on drugs and was addicted for 6 years. He did this to me. He ruined my life.
I feel bad for nick Brendon. I was a heroin addict for many years. Im 6 years clean now but I absolutely know the heart ache and desperation he has felt. I know what its like to fail over and over again. A life of addiction/alcoholism is a horrible life and don't want it for anyone.
Congratulations on your six years. I'm so very proud of you and the work you've done to get clean ❤ My parents have been clean for 20 years in the upcoming weeks. I lived through a lot during my first 11 years, from the absolute worst at losing so many people to the illness, seeing my dad in prison and him beeing tortured by "friends", to the very best at being in rehab with my mom, visiting my dad in rehab, to having two clean parents to grow up with and not having to mourn the loss of them due to addiction. I'm so thankful for their recovery and I'm so very thankful for yours. Keep up the great work ❤
Imagine being so insecure that you completely spiral out of control after discovering your husband (who is still married to you) visited a strip club over a decade ago.
Omg the story of Lauren had me sick and bawled through the whole thing!! What gets me is that there was other kids in that house and parents had them abuse her as well!! It’s awful awful awful!!!!!!
I started listening to a podcast called Once Upon a Crime, and Michelle Knight's story (along with the other women with her) was on one of the episodes, and after hearing about it, I saw some clips of her on Dr.Phil, and to hear her talk about what happened in more detail was unbelievable. When I saw this video appear I knew she had to be on the list. People are f'ing disgusting.
The saddest episode isn’t on here. It’s by far the Laurie Morales interview. As she was divorcing her husband, he shot and killed their two children to spite her but failed to kill himself. The episode had the audio of her testimony in front of him in court, and Dr Phil did a complete psychological check on her to see how she was coping with it. I was freaking bawling. You could see it in her face and voice, she was a shell of herself
A group of boys at my school said that domestic abuse was beautiful in a way. That really scared me and they would tell the little children that we caught the bus with. It was terrifying that they believed this.
Ever since I watched "Coherence" I've thought that Nicholad Branden was a very talented actor. I so hope he gets the peace and happiness that he is seeking.
I really hope that Shelley is getting help for her illnesses. The infamy of her treatment on “The Shining” is legendary and tragic to watch as she was berated by Kubrick. It’s truly tragic to see how poor her heath is from that Dr. Phil interview
@@LucyLioness100 unfortunately, I don't think she's doing well at all. I read that she was living in her car, but idk how true it is. Hopefully it's not. Regardless, it's so heartbreaking.

I am not religious in any way, but i really hope there is a place, deep deep deep down in hell for every single one of these disgusting, sick little fucks.
I find Vivian Kubrick's letter a bit odd when you consider what her father is reported to have done to Shelley Duvall during the filming of The Shining.
Number 10 should be a wake up call to so many people. 99.9% of the time you see these stories of kids who are violent, "evil", etc. for "no reason", even though they're in a "loving home". They are NOT in a loving home. Those kids are begging and pleading for attention.
I’m sad 😞 . I am way way way more indescribably disturbed and sad than I ever felt , it’s not okay , and I can’t comprehending how people act like a literal spawn of Satan , and still to think that there are people out there that are still going through this is heart wrenching and horrifying
Why is this narrator so much much better than the normal one when talking about serious stuff. The normal one is always cheery no matter what the video is about. This ones tone matches the subject of the video.
If your 8 year old child is out of control and doesnt have some sort of mental disorder to explain their actions then its your fault mom and dad. From what ive seen in my life kids who are out of control are usually the result of parents being to lazy to actually be a freaking parent. My sons were 3 and 5 when the wifes friend brought their 7 yo daughter to our house. She let her daughter tear my freaking house apart all the time making excuses like, she just doesnt listen or I think she needs ritalin. The mother said to me " I dont see how yall can leave all these little knick knacks where the boys can reach them. We had to put all ours up high out of her reach". I was pissed by then so my reply was, " Really we just taught ours not to f*ck with shit they shouldnt be f*cking with". She was gone in 2 minutes, face red, mad as hell and never came back when I was at home.
I think that the saddest episode for me of Dr Phil was the tragic story of the guy who was charged then aquitted for murdering the drunk driver who slammed into the back of his family truck as they were pushing it on the side of the road, and hitting killing his two young sons. The way the cops handled that whole case and the horrific details of the boys injuries and how the cops tried to keep the parents away from there kids as they layed there dying and didn't do anything to help the boys as they layed there dying was just sad.

Sadly. 7:00 - God, some members of the human race shouldn't even be called human! Who the hell could do that to a child?! (Sadly, this is not the first case like this that any of us have heard of. One Story I Thought Was Extremely Sad Was About A Girl (Whose Name I Forget) Who Was Extremely Mentally Ill. The She Was Extremely Aggressive And Would Frequently Have Violent Outbursts. The Dad Said He Called The Cops Over 100 Times On Her. One. Hundred. Times. The Dad Said It Got So Bad That He Had To Basically Go Into Lockdown Every Night Just So She Wouldn't Sneak Out. She Also Said She Was Too Shy To Go To School And Had To Be Homeschooled And Regretted Her Decision Very Much. It's Not As Sad As The Others On Here But You Just Really Have To Feel For Her And Her Family. I Don't Think She Should Immediately Be Antagonized Because She Didn't CHOOSE To Have A Mental Illness. She Just Developed It. It Can Get Really Sad When You Think About It.
She may have always been fragile but it certainly wasn't a good experience for her. If you watching behind the scenes, she is crying and has a camp bed set up in the corner. I'm not sure The Shining was entirely responsible, but probably part of a much larger picture. Either way, it's so sad and I hope she is being properly helped.
She could have had late stage skitz (schizophrenia) triggered by making the movie. My cousin was diagnosed with it triggered by having a child, but it didn't surface till she was 36 and her son was already 2.
What psychologist actually asks a disturbed person ‘are you insane?!’. Far out the ethics of this ‘Dr’ make me, as a lifelong mental health patient, feel sick.
number 9 if your boyfriend beats you it means he loves you. never engage in relationships where you are beaten, that person does not love you, he loves the power to hold you with the force of his fist
Saddest part of Dr Phil is Parents enabling their kids to be very dangerous children. These kids physically emotionally abuse everyone around them an their parents just bail them out of jail, or make excuses up for them. Allows them to hurt animals. Disgusting how these parents give in and spoil them
Am I the only one whose sadness quickly turns into burning hatred towards those who inflict pain and suffering on others. At least in the cases of kidnapping and other fucked up shit where there is no way of justifying the actions. That last one just makes me want that piece of shit to suffer the absolute worst consequences for the rest of his life. I am not even gonna pretend to take the moral highground here - i believe some humans deserve to burn and rot for the rest of their lives. (I don understand though, that sometimes mental illness has to be taken into account but in the case of #1 nothing can justify those atrocities he committed)
Dr McGraw deserves to leave his TV program after 21 years. I will miss seeing any new episodes but I know there are episodes I've never seen before so that will suffice. Some say he exploited certain guests such as Shelly Duvall and I can agree to a degree. However, even that episode garnered such sympathy showing how even a talanted actor can suffer mental illness. Take care Doc and enjoy your semi-retirement.

Didn't you guys already make this video?
Am I the only one whose sadness quickly turns into burning hatred towards those who inflict pain and suffering on others. At least in the cases of kidnapping and other fucked up shit where there is no way of justifying the actions. That last one just makes me want that piece of shit to suffer the absolute worst consequences for the rest of his life. I am not even gonna pretend to take the moral highground here - i believe some humans deserve to burn and rot for the rest of their lives. (I don understand though, that sometimes mental illness has to be taken into account but in the case of #1 nothing can justify those atrocities he committed)

Shelly Duvall... poor woman..
#9 Romina is a real life version of Harley Quinn from Batman the Animated Series
