Hi Everyone! 1st off: Sorry about the artifact errors in the video, somethings up with my editing software and I can't seem to fix it 2nd: sorry for the long wait! I really wanted to make a video on something that really meant something to me, and this was it. I hope you like it. 3rd: thank you all for your support! 3000 is an insane number, and I'm grateful for it, every day
@@hatingonwilliam hi Vinly! Sorry, I’ve been streaming on twitch this whole time, but I plan on doing a TH-cam stream soon (probably when Deltarune part 3 releases)
As a design student I often go thru time where I am questioning my skills and reasoning as to why I decided to stick to doing design. I’m not from a good stable financial background and the course i do, fashion design, requires me to buy so much material. All my tools, fabrics and pieces of clothing from charity shops. If I had stuck to doing a course in the academics I knew I would’ve just been depressed. But even doing the thing I thought I was best at drains and pains me. It’s hard to not compare yourself to others. Others who have such a mindset to think of all these creative and thoughtful ideas. Especially during this time, this video actually almost made me cry. I’ve been questioning myself on whether to drop out or change my course. It’s like internally I know why I love making art but it also makes me question why still. Watching this video was really comforting. It gave me a small bit of hope to stick to doing the thing I love and have passion for.
I randomly clicked on this video out of interest. I've never heard of Look back until now, but your review makes me want to watch it. I resonated with your heartfelt words, as an artist I understand with every fiber of my being the point you are trying to make with this video. I love your introspection and perspective on art and why artists draw, it's very accurate. Thank you for making this review it touched my heart deeply and made me think about my journey up to this point. Have a good day
Look back is one or my favorite pieces of media ever, its so personal, for me as an artist and for the beautiful way Fujimoto portrayed that, the way he represented himself with both of the protagonists is so beautiful, i get teary eyes, thank you for this video! ( Also the outer wilds ost caught me off guard double tears for you! Awesome taste and video)
Also yeah I'm a vtuber, I don't normally use my model for videos much but I legit didn't have enough footage since the movie isn't out on digital yet so your kinda stuck with me for a little
I just stumbled upon this video by chance and I am happy I did, it is great that algorithm recommended your video this early to my feed, a heartfelt review that resonated to me personally, because I have a 7 to 5 job but I really can't quit drawing, writing and doing some personal projects on the side, not the best at it still being able to do something creative feels fulfilling and refreshing. Great review and I will be looking forward for more in this channel
I began drawing when i was pre-teen was a lonely child aloof, but drawing was me really loving the little werid details of life, stopped drawing when i entered my mid teens due to depression and feeling i wasn't good enough, but in my mid 20s i decided to go back to drawing because life is short but the experience is something everlasting so are your dreams so this movie I'll definitely watch
you got it, amazing video. im glad to see that the film resonated with others in a similar way it did to me. i have loved the manga to death for years and cried a ton after all this time to finally see the film, it's truly beautiful.
