Right now I’m doing 10 minutes a day (your videos) before resistance training (30 minutes) 5-6 days a week. Will I achieve results if I do this? Should I cut back or add more longer HIIT sessions? If u want really good results carry on doing what your doing however change one thing . Take one day a week where you ONLY do HIIT and cardio . It will speed up the weight loss xx
Oatmeal and yoghurt and fruit in the morning and if your doing an afternoon or evening workout, veggies and or protein bar💪 also never eat to much before just a snack/ small meal. Save the meat and bigger meal for after
