So I'm honestly not THAT big of a fan of history (I was horrible at it in school), but I have to give major respect, to the amount of research that goes into these. You don't just make information up, it's all based on evidence, and different reports (yes I know every report isn't always correct but still). It's truly fascinating. I wish this is how it was done in school, I might have actually passed 😂
My dad once told me a story when he was a kid, he was out camping in a remote area and heard something fall from the trees while he was laying about. He said it was pitch dark out and couldn't see anything. When he woke up in the morning, he went to search the area where he heard the item fall. He then found a coin that had the Virgin Mary on it. He kept it in his wallet for many years up until he was sent off to war in Vietnam. He often would pull out the coin to pray to it or just look at it. He carried it it in wallet every day to the point where the impression was left on his wallet. One day out of nowhere when he came back from Vietnam, he pulled out his wallet and noticed that when he placed his finger over the impression, it sunk in. He opened his wallet to find that the coin was no longer there. Just how it appeared out of nowhere, it disappeared out of nowhere. He strongly believes that the coin watched over him during his time in Vietnam.
Interesting. My great uncle VOLUNTARILY served and was a medic/watchover/retrieval of wounded in Vietnam. His stories are above graphic, stuff that will get this comment removed. Besides, he's also told me many stories of unavoidable times of being killed, and he proclaimed it to be a cross necklace that my great grandmother gave him at 18 years old before he left. It never disappeared, but I thought I would share because your story sparked that memory. Cheers to you Oh yeah... he served 3 terms voluntary and still made it home. He eventually passed away from the agent orange. Sad but great story
He's got 11 million subscribers and is making good money. I'm sure there's a decent sized team working together on this channel, like most other big channels.
The circular structure made of flat pieces of slate (13:51) reminds me an awful lot of Andy Goldsworthy's artwork using natural objects like stones, leaves, sticks, etc. The design of these art pieces is eco-friendly, and intended to decompose over time, returning to the Earth, thus illustrating the temporal beauty of life. My guess is that the structure was either made by him, or by someone inspired by him. For a mind-blowingly beautiful and soothingly wholesome video, youtube has the documentary "Rivers and Tides" available for free, which showcases Andy and his heartfelt creations.
The strangest thing I ever found one time in a Native American desert was an Aztec death whistle carved out of coral, it must have been used for decor or something. -Tucker
This might gonna sound like a lie, but i actually do have some connection to the Habsburg family supposedly. My grandgrandma from my mother, spent her whole life tracing our family tree back. She went all the way back to the 17th century, and it turned out we are partialy connected to the Habsburg. Its interesting to think about, especially considering that our family moved to Hungary around the end of the 17th century, and the fact that my mother did inherited a literal mansion about 10 years back just made things sound all the more true.. the mansion itself was used as seed storage for quiet a while by farmers and it was in such a terrible shape that it would have took more money to restore it, then selling it.. my parents deemed it a money drain, so my mother didnt accepted the inheritene as a result.. i never seen the mansion myself tho... I was young as well at the time so i didnt really understand why they didnt accept it.

As far as I know, a TH-camr and a whole crew made 3 monoliths, they placed them in Utah, in some jungle, and I forgot where the third was placed. Ok..I think the reason Longinus became a saint was because he became a christian after he stabbed Christ. Afterwards became grief stricken and full of guilt for doing this deed and began studying and became a follower of the word of Christ. So it was not a reward for bad behavior but in remembrence that Jesus forgives ALL sins if you are truely repentive for your sins. I COULD BE WRONG... But I thought this was how the story goes..
