Not sure if you can help me but my DC14 does not stay flat to the ground, I already wd40 every single joint in the head and replaced the hose (agitator to motor hose) but it still wont sit flat with the agitator flush to the carpet unless i practically try to vacuum with it nearly upright and its so annoying!!

Hey! I’m so sorry but the discord has actually been gone for a while. We found that it really created a lot of controversy in the vacuum community surprisingly. So as nice as it was to talk to everyone, some people got hurt over reasons I’m not too sure of. The best way I’ve found to get in touch is too comment consistently and establish friendships.
