Ssf is really something ++
The SSF sounds a lot like the old PGH Modular LPG, that was based off a Sallen Key. Strangely, I still like the Black, it sounds more wooden and organic, but that resonance circuit just... bla. Thanks for making a comparison!
I definitely like the SSF interpretation better. I think it has a better set of controls for tuning the sound you want.
Interesting. Black sounds much more warm and woody. For me it is more soft and musical. So sounds better. And it is half as cheap as the SSG.
