Just a thought, I have a weird size floor area 4.6mx4.8m (mandated "clearances" already allowed). This design could be used as base. I need space for free standing refrigerator, taller and wide loft space, tweak the T&B for wider shower space, and covered/weather safe laundry area with separate sink at the back yard.
i wish they sell houses like this. this is so perfect for me since i live alone and has no plans of getting married or whatsoever.
