Please don't stop uploading. I'm getting an almost mint condition `71 GT, but every single bit "mechanic, motor etc." really helps my understanding. even though it is a relatively simple car. Love your content!
Yeah I am not going to stop. It was just hard when I was working a lot this summer. I am working a lot less now because of school. So I have time for editing. But getting more views and subscribers helped me get some motivation from that last video.
@@thetrumbowergarage Yeah, don't be fooled. The GT still has a large Fanbase, even amongst us younger folks. Also the work on the headlights was fantastic - A lot of work too, you did great!
Yeah I know they have a big fanbase. I am on opelgt.com and we have a ton of members on there. There are a few younger guys that have them. How old are you? Those headlights were not to fun. That is why it took me a year to decide to fix them lol.
Nice. I am only 16. There are a few opelders that are around your age on the forum and on the facebook pages. Another good channel is OpelPower and opelgt1900 garage.
Nope not this car. It isn’t worth it. Most people would consider it a parts car since it is so rusty. But I saved it. My grandpa and I like the patina too much. I am doing the body work and paint on my 1973 GT and someday my 1972 GT. My 1969 GT is just a beater.

Those look sic, want to put some in my 85 4runner.
They are pretty sweet!
Working on one myself. Keep it up 👍
Nice! They are pretty fun. If you ever need help or questions the good Opel folks on opelgt.com are amazing!
They definitely are. Thanks!
yep... Step by Step...😊
Yep that is how it goes.
I hope you will consider some body work and new paint on this car. I had a 1969 in mint condition for 10 years! Regret the sale now!

Do you have a link to the headlights you bought on Ebay? Thanks
