There's a good reason why no arena shooter is on a console anymore. (Idea dropped after Q3A on PS2, but that doesn't really count now, does it)

The game is QuakeLive, but then they took the demos and played them on a q3a mod (think it's called wolfcam) that lets you turn on blood and add fancy effects like flame trails etc. :)
which means the actions are recorded. not just a camera recording one view. all the movements are recorded. then they place cameras where the best moments happened

I didn't like the strenx rail frag (he has some much better ones) and the slowass dubstep parts tho :)
It's live, the editing software that he uses allows him to enable gibs.
Sorry noob question: What kind of rocket trails were used? and was this recorded/edited with fraps or wolfcam?
and also rockets leave a trail of flame instead of smoke puffs.
@1235242 it's an ingame command, but i can't remember what it's called. ask around if you need it :D

What rocket style, or what rocket trail style is there used ? It is possilbe to use in QL ?
As far as I know, there ain't no blood and guts in Quake Live, how come that in this video gore is everywhere? o.O

I miss the old QL... I don't like what it becames.
What did it become?
A pay2play only platform without any chance to free try trial period (a demo game) before buying from Steam store. If any game comes to bussiness, I'd always like to check the free demo version of the game if it's worth of investing money (y) If not, I've not spent money for absolute rubbish...
That's strange. It costs 30 Euro in Europe :/

Also, it's good for developers to make new maps, who want to get more people pleased up, but I think it's not necessary. Maybe later I would consider buying it at Steam (registering an account), but not this time. I make my own maps, but need to get practice in making maps, so I stay on basic Quake3 platform still :)
That's pretty unfair to buy something from a sale for myself just before Christmas, when it's supposed to be bought for someone else as a present. But I'll see. I'm definitely not going to buy it this year as I want to buy it by my money, not by money from parents. I have to find some decent and good paid job, to make some money for myself. would have been better if it was shorter with some of the less impressive frags cut out. almost 9 minutes is a VERY long time for a frag movie.
