Honestly, I really like the fact that the Martlet voice is "half-assed-" because that actually ISN'T Martlet. The fact that she sounds vaguely like Flowey only gives you more suspicion that something's up.
Much more... Too much I think, cuz there no voice changes in this scene originally... Also they skipped parts with original Flowey voice lines and it causing a LOT of questions.

Theres a FUN event where Flowey notes how, despite Clover's memory being wiped after each reset, they seem to KNOW the underground, Flowey says they solve puzzles faster, and ends the journey faster, before wondering if something else is pulling the strings, Flowey knows somethings up, he just, at this point, can;'t figure out WHAT it is exactlly
3:39 I wonder if this outcome - Clover living happily and peacefully with Toriel - was something Flowey despised specifically because Toriel is his mother and it hurts to see her essentially replace him and Chara with someone new. He may have found other reasons to be upset with it (it is boring, Clover could be doing more/helping him, etc.), but I imagine this was a subconscious motivation to intervene at the very least. I also just really like this ending. It neatly explains why none of the humans ever took Toriel up on her offer with the argument that some of them might have, if Flowey hadn't been there to force them along. 15:31 This might be my favorite Flowey line in the game. Well...after the time he called Clover "Gunhat," anyways. Flowey is a despicable being but he's got a great sense of humor. This dub is fantastic, by the way. The reverb effect helps to sell the larger than life feeling Flowey has, and you nailed the tone very well. Great job!
I suddenly understood the part where Clover walks down the area with the flowers. From what I personally know, each flower symbolizes a reset, the first one starts off with Asriel being confused and scared, and after a while, he becomes accustomed to it. The MANY flowers in the background still symbolizes resets, and the “it must be” part may be him thinking it was the run. I couos be completely wrong, but I just hope I’m smart enough for something… Or it was very obvious but Im slow to this
And the last flower said "what have i done..." showing Flowey (Asriel) regret for every horrible things he did before to finding about Determination "it must be!" Practically you could say he kill everyone in Underground and reset, thinking he is a chosen One but come to realization that he still stuck in the Underground. After the part of his regret, he throw away all of his sanity so he can keep going. He can take 1 Human soul and Asgore soul but he decide to take all Human Soul because he want to become God so he can destroy the World and slaughter every Human for killing him (Asriel)
*_GOD THIS IS SO DAMN GOOD_* I actually love how you added a subtle hint of amusement at the ending dialogue after he gives up killing you, his laughs feel really genuine! There's a clear palette of emotions you can sense in his words
The "I found you." part just works so well, i love it. Only thing more i could ask for was some of the flavor text from the phase 1 battle, since i interpert the out of place flavor text as flowey speaking into clovers mind and trying to absorb them. Awesome stuff💛
I don't know why I love the ending to this route. Just feels bittersweet even Flowey is still considered a 'villain'. Shows you that sometimes even bad people can have good in them and make you smile.

I personally think there should have been more parts of Flowey's dialogue when his voice would change to a more monsterous tone, like when he speaks about how he killed Martlet, but otherwise I still love this, the emotion and energy put into each line is awesome!
(15:37) So…this dialogue got me thinking. If Clover was the Justice soul….doesn’t that mean that flowey’s “big plan” ended up being with the “last” soul? Frisk? So in a way, Flowey’s dream does come true. He gets to show this side of himself FOR REAL (not in his imagination) in our playthrough of Undertale when he turns into Omega Flowey. And even more when he turns into his true self again. Asriel Dreamer. And if that’s what he’s actually referencing, the foreshadowing is absolutely crazy.

While I like this fandub, I dont think anyone can make the correct Flowey voice, since he actually talks in an actual high pitch. An example of a good Flowey voice is in Sr Pelo “Underpants” animation
with the right filters and effects, i don't think it'd be too hard to do a "canon" flowey voice that matches his in-game voice samples - but personally i believe coming up with our own headcanons and quirks rather than adhering to one single definitive voice is just more fun even characters like sans and papyrus for whom most people have fairly set-in-stone voices in mind, there are still recognisable differences between different people's impressions - some people like to give sans a noticeable accent, some people give papyrus a lower tone (i personally like this one), stuff like that i think preserving those unique interpretations is important, as it keeps things interesting and there's something for everyone that way :)
