Out of all these parts East India is not considered or recognized most of the time. Even though it is better than popular west India. In west, we have Indian cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Surat, Ahmedabad etc, whereas, in the East, we have limited economically abundant cities like Patna, Kolkata, Kanpur etc...

As a C.A final year student I can say..Idea of GST is great..but implementation is horrible..it is complex and hard to understand for common man..even sometimes for the people working in financial sector..if you need to understand gst you need to go through 380 pages.sometimes people paid much then the Actual sometimes less.. government must work on make it simple..there was more then 30 thousand application of people want tax refund of over paid tax.

West Bengal also a centre of talent at various fields but except Kolkata rest of Bengal is underdeveloped 😭... there is no option, no opportunity, no developed and fully planned education system outside of Kolkata specially in rural areas... I strongly believe that West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand , Uttar pardesh, Odisha have potential to grow fastly more than Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka but this could not be possible only and only for corruption. If government wants to see India 🇮🇳 as a developed country then of course, they have to look at estern site of India 🇮🇳... If World's longest expressway from Mumbai to Delhi is making to boost India's GDP then of course, from my personal opinion there is also needed an another expressway from Delhi to Kolkata via Patna and Lucknow. Today talented Bengali, Bihari and others students are going to complete his higher education outside of his state. I AM ONLY 15 YEARS OLD and I am FARMER'S SON from a VERY VERY SMALL VILLAGE called Nandri near the foothills of mountains here. I am not so rich. I am from Lower Middle class family. My father got education to only 12th class but he always pushes me towards education. Me and my friends are really attract toward Science, Communication, Technology and development. We always see the world with futuristic perspective. So we are developed. Our Ministers and Government Officers are fully educated.
Now you can understand that it is in the hand State Government and officers and also their people to develop themselves. If someone in the eastern part of India is not literated, he won't let his children to be educated. So they need to change their perspective with modern world.

Visited Kolkata a year ago, maine Human Rikshaw dekha( man was pulling Rikshaw) & I asked someone there why there is human Rikshaw in kolkata even in 2021 he said its our culture. Then i asked man who pulling rikha without slippers/shoes dada ye bengal ka cultural hai kya? Dada said amir (rich) logon ko ye culture lagta hai lekin hamare jaise garib ko din mein 200 rupees bhi nahi milte unko kya pata culture ka. Amir log aate hai aur usme in bargaining karte hai tip ki baat chodo.
