Ingredients
1 cup = 250 ml, 1/4 cup = 60 ml
whole wheat flour/atta - 1 cup
Softened butter - 4 tbsp (unsalted)
Jaggery powder - 1/4 cup
Or
Brown sugar
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 3 & 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
preheat and bake @180c or @350f for 30 minutes.
