Japanese companies are very exclusive. It takes a large amount of demand and effort to convince them to localize their products. The reality is there aren't enough people who want this game outside of japan to justify releasing it worldwide. Look at the comment section for these videos and you only find Japanese people discussing it. The English speaking audience is honestly more interested in "Train Simulator", a game that focuses on European and American rail. I even checked the steam workshop for JR train mods (including Shinkansen, the most famous Japanese train by far) for the aforementioned game, but there was nothing there. The best I could find was Chinese maglev trains.

５ノッチ車はP3→P5が通常(実際の５７００系は４ノッチ車なのでP2→P4。なお,大幅に遅れているときは回復運転で一気にフルにすることもある)。流しノッチはJRなどでATS-Pの場合,次の地上子を通過するまでパターンが消去されない為に必要な場合があるが,阪神はAF軌道回路型という連続調査型のATSで,現示が変わればすぐにATS信号が変わるので流しノッチは全く必要ない。

手を抜いてるというより、製作会社が作るのを焦ったんですかね( ´_ゝ`)
せっかく映像がリアルなんだから、もう少しその辺りも現実に近づけてほしいですねぇ、ちょっと残念。
もっと言うと、他のS点灯での65km/h照査とA点の45km/h照査もプール前の分岐器制限も無いのも残念です
ちなみに、私もプレイしましたが上記の再現されていなくてヤル気失せました・・・(´･ω･`)
