I LOVE solo traveling!!! It's soooo liberating getting to do whatever, on your own terms! I haven't ventured out of the country solo yet, but I'll work my way up to it eventually I think! My upcoming next solo trip is to Santa Fe, I'm so excited!! Congrats on the new job, and finding it so quickly, that's amazing 🧡🧡 Our journey sounds sort of similar - I lost my job I was at for just under 10 years, found something new a few months later and 8 months in I'm still trying to take it all in. It's a completely new field AND role and struggling with imposture syndrome and anxiety over losing a job previously, so being on edge if I get something wrong... whole mixed bag of emotions lol but we'll get through it!!!

I'm so glad you are back! It's nice to hear that you found a job that is in your field 😊 Working from home is pretty amazing! I've been working from home for about two years. The only thing i miss about the office is the social aspect of the workplace. It gets pretty lonely at home. My two cats are my work associates lol You will save a good amount of money on gas .... not having to travel to and from work every day. There also won't be the temptation to eat out. You will be home and can make yourself a meal.
