Sir most of my impatient cutting suddenly begin to die. . mainly their end portion ( upper part of root) . Why ?

It's due to fungus attack, make cuttings under shade, river sand must be cleaned by fungicide before cuttings

दूसरा मुझे ये विंका की तरह ही लगा इसलिये भी नहीं लिया ।
तीसरा ये बहुत जल्दी मर जाता है अगर देखभाल में चूक हो जाये तो ।

It is such a difficult plant to handle and you have don't it so amazingly well! Hats off
I also add liquid mustard cake fertilizer at 7 days interval but not a single flower on my plant:( don't know what to do... Climate is very hot outside and I have kept it in shade still no use
