We had to order new in box from Ebay UK - we are located in Northern California (on a farm :) ). Glad we were able to buy them - especially the samples in the wooden box. Thank you, I just ordered "You are shopping with Lizzie Black" :) With mail forwarder as they don't do international but I really like this and didn't want a cheap water-tanky humidifier from Ali. Your reviewing style is very refreshing, I'm so happy I found this device and can't wait to test their blends. Do you think the 10ml bottles from other brands can also work with it? I'll want to do pine tree essential oil for christmas.

How many times an hour does it release the aroma?
Hey! I’ve not measured it before, but on the lowest setting I’d say once every 1/2 minutes?
Pls can you tell me, can you put the 30ml bottles straight into the diffuser? If not how would you se the larger bottles pls?
Hey! The 30ml bottles are 'too fat' to fit, but are great value if you choose to buy them. I'd recommend decanting only a little bit at a time into the small bottle that comes with the diffuser and attaches to the nozzle. Hope that helps!?

How was the aftercare, how did Lintro resolve the issue?
Hello, can you put regular perfume inside ? To give like a Stradivarius or Arbercrombie vibe to your room. Thanks for your help !
Hi Arsene. I'm sure you could, but it's at your own risk I guess! That might be an expensive way of using up perfume tbh. Thankfully the Lintro ones are very affordable and have a MEGA range to choose from if you go for it :)
Does the area around the diffuser become sticky from the vaporized oils?

Hey! Still working v well :) it’s tricky to say as it varies on how long you use it for and on what setting. But definitely for hoursssss!!!
Do all the diffusers you have reviewed leave a small pool of water on the surface they're sat on? Also does it turn off automatically when the bottle is empty?
Hey! I haven't had that issue at all about the water... Regarding the 'when the bottle is empty', I haven't tested it until it's got to that point

Can 'fragrance/hotel' oils be used in this?
Hey! You can always try, but I'd always recommend using Lintro's own oils as they're created to work together :)

Great review . I was looking at the Neom diffusers (the waterless and water ones) and seeing your review changed my mind and I have now just placed an order for the waterless, classic and the wooden box with 12 oils in. I am really looking forward to getting the items. This has also saved me a lot of money. The Neom oils are around £22 each 10ml bottle so that has saved me a small fortune on the oils alone as 60ml of Neom oils would be £132 alone (without the nice wooden box) Thanks so much for this review and the discount code (I saved nearly £13 on the order with the 15% off) The whole order came to £72.23 which included the box of oils, classic diffuser and waterless diffuser. I like also that the oils are handmade in the UK also and this is a family company in the UK and the diffusers have 1 years guarantee also. Ooops sorry I am rabbiting Lol x

what about the consomation of oil isn't too much then classic diffusers with water ?
