I know it’s literally been two years but can you wrap vintage cars like 80’s supercars without having to worry? the thin paint and the fact that they usually have paint that is very old kinda worries me

It looks satisfying at the beginning but when i realized its like tearing off your thousands dollar the feeling is not the same anymore.

So when u charge for a wrap does that include the dissassembly of the cars and the prep work of the car??? Or just material and install. At 100$ per hour that could add to alot real quick.

I always wrap around half inch masking tape around all my finger the same part that you got hurt whenever removing vinyl

Problem with an M4 these days is that every regular electric car is faster. Yes my country alot of electric cars get sold. I have a collegue with an M4, and he loses everything from all electric cars. M4 is slow these days.

How do you guys go about removing adhesive that separates from the vinyl, i had 2 wraps with kpmf vinyl that left a huge mess behind

I used power washer with steam it worked awesome. I’m in Colorado so it’s not that warm here

dip your hands in slightly soapy water, adhesive won't stick and you'll still be able to grab the wrap

Dude!! For once someone has video playback that is kick ass! I swear no one on TH-cam knows anything about sound. Half of the video on you tube suck when it comes to audio. Most need to be plugged in to home entertainment system just so you can sort of hear it. Even my shitty laptop speaker sound great with your audio. You killed it! Keep up the good work.
Interesting video and I learned a lot from it but you didn't explain how to get the residue off, you sprained the vehicle and wiping in and scrubbing it to get the residue but you didn't explain what you used

Great vid... I did not now you could be so rough with removal.. I recently removed wrap off my trunk and literally was holding the heat gun on the wrap and pulling it very slowly. Would pulling it off like this risk damaging the paint more than the method I did? My car is much older and I was paranoid about pulling paint off with the wrap.
Did the wrap leave any real ugly residue ? I use 3M vinyl skin for my tech equipment laptop etc, it never leaves residue. Why is he complaining?

@@gameranch1995 I had mine on for a while and I used the car wrap. Not sure what you used for your laptop but they are known for having a more aggressive glue than the other brands which is good and bad in guess. Better longevity and sticking and more of a pain to remove.

Im going to wrap my 2000 Honda Civic. I got rear ended 3 years ago, and the paint shop did such a bad job. I touched the bumper and paint fell off. They repainted the whole bumper, but they left my car in the shop while someone was doing a personal project and OVERSPRAY on everything. I was able to clay bar my car, but it was never the same. People suck. Do your job bro.
An m 4 with a sunroof is a waste of a carbon fibre roof, they don’t make sunroof cars with carbon roofs, which I find wrong

As a person who unwrapped his own car, just boil some water and pour it over pieces that unwrap difficult. It works WONDERS. (They mostly dont tell you this) It was my first time, and i never had any problems with my hands like this guy. And i work AT THE OFFICE. I don't understand.. are these guys professionals? wtf noobs
