The strongest point of Winner's member are they're not only know how to compose-arrange music-lyric but also understand who are themselves plus pretty clever to change any song and made it just like their own song. As people who know KPop and Korean idol singer since last 2014 & not much put attention for many "tricks & news" of Korea (idol, Korean music, etc) also as a "free listener", among KPop idol groups, Winner's lyric and their pronunciation sounds so good. I'm not Korean and I never learn Korean language but the way they singing makes me like little bit pretty understand what they said. I think their body language and expression are amazingly great which is help them so much to interpret the song itself. Personally I prefer to dance with meaning more than just hardcore dance just like a pro dancer but not in sync with the lyric or the song itself. Winner itself one of the top idol groups who give giod vibes on their dances. Pretty simple but still on creation of meaningful imagination. Besides that I feels more focus to listen for every part and the changes moment without got distractions by their own dance or the crews itself. They're still looking so cool on stage even just shaking the hands and lifting their foot. Simple moves and powerful performances.
Ena Ena performance-wise, Seunghoon is the core of it. He's always in charge for their choreo & whole performance on stages/everywhere. If Seungyoon is the leader of Winner, Seunghoon is the leader for Winner's performance. He knows "just enough" so that their performance is nearly perfect. I mean Winner is very strong in vocals/raps, and they have a very distinc characteristic to each other, so Seunghoon is never go really hard for the performance, but flow with the music and lyrics. That's why we call him a genius...

Phụng Đinh one of the many good things about yoon is that as a leader he focuses on each members' strengths rather than hiding their weaknesses (which i cannot think of any at the moment lol). He appreciates and acknowledge every effort his members had made, may it be creating songs, lyrics, choreography or focusing in improvement (which the latter was greatly showcased by jinu). And yoon lets them do it their way, helping them from the back, encouraging them. Amidst their differences in personalities, we can all say that winner has one of the best team work.

I felt like crying replaying this video. I'm a yoon biased but jinu's improvement in here and in their latest album is just wow! Phụng Đinh even hoony said Yoon always praised Jinwoo. I think Jinwoo like that way and now he is more confident. Seungyoon goal said in JYP party people he wants recognition rather than popularity. Winner wants people recognized them as a musician.
Phụng Đinh one of the many good things about yoon is that as a leader he focuses on each members' strengths rather than hiding their weaknesses (which i cannot think of any at the moment lol). He appreciates and acknowledge every effort his members had made, may it be creating songs, lyrics, choreography or focusing in improvement (which the latter was greatly showcased by jinu). And yoon lets them do it their way, helping them from the back, encouraging them. Amidst their differences in personalities, we can all say that winner has one of the best team work.
