when you mentioned the buzzing of the wire you purchased did you ever get it to stop buzzing or did you have to find another wire and if so do you have a link?
You'd think he'd be nice enough to respond. Guess not.
Being a musician I head the 40cycle buzz/humm right away - this is usually caused by a ground issue, bad or cheap cables, etc. If you put a cheater plug on it will eliminate most or all of it. A lot of places my band plays at have to run a few of these on some of our gear. Its not an equipment related issue - we run top of the line digital sound system.
Nice video, thanks! Wondering if I could pair a FireTV stick plugged into the projector (approx 15 feet away) and have the stick beam its audio signal directly to these Rockville speakers. Done any tests to determine range on a bluetooth signal with these speakers? Thanks in advance!
Easy 15 ft away. I've done at least 40 ft away.

Thanks for this review. It's hard to find any non-biased reviews. I put on golf tournaments, usually with 144 guys, and we need a sound system for announcements before the round. So, we would be outside, most of the guys in golf carts gathered around a parking lot area. Would this sound system work for this?
I'm not 100% sure. It is loud, but I'm not sure if there is a lot of background noise if it would be an issue.

My brother purchased this PA system and received it yesterday, but we can't find any instruction on using the remote control with it. It doesn't seem to function. We don't know if it's defective or what. We even tried another battery and no luck. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi Ernest! To be honest, I haven't even used the remote yet. I will get it out this weekend and try the remote and give you an update. Thanks for watching!
Ernest Urquiza the remote only works with Bluetooth, usb and fm radio settings
In4mous 1 Thanks for the response. The remote isn't working with any mode, so I'm sure it's defective. Luckily enough, we contacted the manufacturer and they are sending a replacement remote.

Joey Scott Direct from the manufacturer's web site. We called them and they said they would mail a replacement remote control, but never did.

I purchased mine for $249, but they are more now. I believe you can get them for around $300 or so on Amazon. I put a link in the video description.

12's would work, but I definitely am glad I got the 15's.

Is the amp lose inside the powered speaker? I've had 2 sets of these and had the same issue with it rolling around inside the speaker. Rockville said as long as its working it's fine it's normal smh. I'm a dj and the first set only lasted barely a year and are currently getting fixed. i ordered a second pair this year to give them a second chance and sent it back within a week. speakers were cutting out. tweeters not always working. they have good sound but could definitely be better quality.
To be honest I've only used them 5 times. No issues at all. They actually sent me a new microphone and have been great to deal with so far. I have a year warranty so I will update if I have any issues.

What do you mean? The sec9nd speaker isn't powered. You run a cord from the main speaker to it.
That is a 60hz ac noise. Normally it's because the power supply is not that clean.
I dont know...sounded more like 40cycle grounding buzz... ;-)
