And it started a toxic relationship between mother and child, and personalityissues for that child. Fix issues in therapy, a 3 year old child should not be a source of validation for a grown woman.
@conchuir5695 I'm a mental health expert, and I can not tell you how many children I've had to work with who came from such backgrounds. Moms not knowing where to draw a line with their child as regards disclosing information about their childhood and current trauma. Forcing their child to grow up faster than necessary, develop personality issues, always trying to make everyone around them feel better at the expense of their well-being. I promise you, a 3year old should never have to comfort a grown woman regarding her childhood trauma or anything else for that matter.

Yes but watch out bc as they get older they start saying things like I don't want you, leave me alone, all the way to i hate you. And all the comments I saw here nurture those feelings that are gonna feel so much harder when they do the opposite. Just know that it's a part of development and do your best never to take it too personally. They don't know how it feels on the other end. Or maybe they do and are just trying to cause as much pain as they can. If you treat them with compassion but boundaries that demand respect, they will come around (or perhaps they need mental healthcare).

I think it is by far braver for a woman to let her child be adopted because she cannot mentally, physically or financially raise a child by another family, than the alternative. But most children feel a hole in their life. They need answers too. We have many adopted in my family. I hope the truth is that her parents loved her more than they loved themselves and chos3 a better life for her.
They're children. You shouldn't treat them as though they're stupid, and you should help them learn by staying at a level that's graspable with effort. Here, as sweet as it is to hear her daughter say she wants her, this toddler was just introduced to the developmentally-inappropriate concept that some mommies don't want their children and give them away instead. This is the sort of thing that, the night after the next time you discipline them, you'll be walking out of their room after putting them to bed and hear, "Are you going to give me away to a different mommy?" (You're also liable to hear them ask a peer they discover is adopted why their mommy didn't want them.) A _lot_ of parents have seen this after (innocently) telling their children something like, "Don't worry. It didn't hurt. Grandpa just fell asleep and never woke up." Days later, as their child is falling asleep at the table (again), they ask why they're so sleepy and find out that their child has been scared to fall asleep at night, "In case I don't wake up, like Grandpa!"

I'm a mental health expert, and I can not tell you how many children I've had to work with who came from such backgrounds.
I remember my son and I playing outside and I kind of had a lot of stress out of nowhere and my son said whats "wrong daddy, are you sad nobody wants you" and I shook my head yes and he said "but I want you" literally made me realise he is the only thing that will ever matter the most. Kids can change a parent to be better.
"I want you", the most precious thing our child can say when we feel most of the world rejected us.
@Ruby-yn5fp Telling your parents that you hate them is not a stage of development, that says something about their parents.

A parent who talks to their little child like a regular human being. I love it.
This is the sort of thing that, the night after the next time you discipline them, you'll be walking out of their room after putting them to bed and hear, "Are you going to give me away to a different mommy?" (You're also liable to hear them ask a peer they discover is adopted why their mommy didn't want them.)
A _lot_ of parents have seen this after (innocently) telling their children something like, "Don't worry. It didn't hurt. Grandpa just fell asleep and never woke up." Days later, as their child is falling asleep at the table (again), they ask why they're so sleepy and find out that their child has been scared to fall asleep at night, "In case I don't wake up, like Grandpa!"

Friends, Please listen: ❤️ GOD of the universe has been there with you, known every aspect of your soul and mind before you were born: all your hairs are numbered; all tears kept; sadnesses remembered, memories since birth and childhood: even today He waits for you to open the door of your Heart, that you will accept His Generous Gift of Salvation!
The Son is eternal and uncreated, He Became Incarnate and Came to earth with a single Purpose: The Mighty Plan of Salvation for all mankind who listens and accepts.
The LORD Jesus paid the penalty for your sins and mine on the Cross *(Matthew 27)* 2023 years ago, Resurrecting on the 3rd day *(Matthew 28)* to show you that by the same Power will His Loving and Committed followers inherit Heaven on Earth and of course for eternity by His Grace and Mercy. That is what we call Salvation from the torment of hell (which is eternal damnation, and worse: complete separation from The Holy LORD. Those who keep on ignoring Him hate Him, and at least as of now don't want anything to do with The LORD-they are dead now and will remain dead in hell).
We *deserve* punishment for our sinful dirty nature, but The Lord YAHWEH is Forgiveness Himself: He washes His followers with Holy Blood through Christ Jesus, caressing us with undeserved Mercy that we may become His children. 😊

The fact her daughter hugged her and held her ❤ that’ was amazing to see.
I’m not crying.
You’re crying.
As an adoptee I’ve had almost the exact same scenario with my daughter as well. She feels sorry for me and always hugs me. ❤ I let her know I love her and don’t stress about mommy’s past because it’s not her burden and I’m here to love HER.
Amen!! You are dearly beloved!! 🥰
You have such a sweet baby girl ❤️
I pray as time continues that the hole in your heart gets filled with love . So much love that the thoughts and emotions feelings you had as a child are forgotten forever. Please know that I understand and I love you
I am crying 😭❤️
Just accept it, bud.
We're both crying
How can you not cry when that sweet soul told her Mom that she wants her.
As a father of three who had parent's that didn't love him, this hit hard 😢
I feel for you bro don't worry that's their loss not yours brother. You take care of your own kids without their help means u don't need them anyways . Stay strong brother people don't really console men with these problems as much.
I wasn't adopted, but my father was.. And he was the greatest dad I could have ever asked for. I can't imagine what it must have felt like growing up without your biological family, but clips like this reminds me that we weren't all that lucky. Makes me want to call my dad.
❤❤❤❤❤ oh my god
And look at the magnificent man that you are!!! You are indeed a wonderful blessing! May God continue to bless you and your beautiful family!
Decirle a tu hijo tan pequeño que tus padres no te querían es un abuso, no le cuentes tus penurias hasta que sea más mayor
Omg... she's her mama's lil' angel. She's healing her mother's wounds. Sooooo sweet and loving. I love her.
Maybe that is her mom reincarnated.
@@FA-dv5he🤓like shut up 😂
All those years of trauma, blasted away by 3 words by that lil angel 😇
you can see how grateful the mom was to have a daughter like her.
beautiful moment❤
